Jimmy's Smoke Shop Wine And Spirits

This place is in a super sketchy area. The clerk charged me $95.39 for a 750 mL of Woodford reserve double Oaked which costs $55 at any other reputable liquor store. When I realized how much I was charged, I returned to the store to ask for a refund. The clerk spoke to the owner by telephone and I overheard the owner tell the clerk that he should've charged $64 which is 20% higher than party mart just a half mile away. The clerk handed the phone to me for the owner to tell me he refused to give a refund. After I told the owner that I overheard him say the price was $64, he still refused the refund. He did eventually agree to refund the difference. Regardless, prices are still way too high.

Was craving a cigar. Hadn't had a decent one in a while.Stopped by. The "cigar room" is tiny. A few nice cigars but I can get the same ones cheaper elsewhere. Also wanted a pack of Dutch Master Presidents. They don't sell them. What? They are one of the best selling cigars in the USA. Overpriced, below average selection and terrible behind the counter selection.

. My dad was a Dutchmasters fan. His favorite stick was the "special blunt". My fav is the Fuente line. I was looking for a decent cigar lounge in Louisville without going to an ultra priced restaurant. I have nothing against the lounges in southern Indiana but I'd prefer to stay south of the Ohio river and preferably not in the west side of the city. Was raised there but man has the culture in the area gone south. Guess I'll have to settle for a smoke and a dram under my lanai until the weather turns cold.

Poor selection of beer and wine with better liquor stores within walking distance. With Costco moving in across the street I do not expect this place to be open through the summer.

These guys are the best ! I like an imported tobacco that is hard to get(Samson), but they go out of state to get it and place in the humidor(so it's always fresh 'n moist). I suspect I'm the only customer for this tobacco and they're not making a living off my consumption, so for great customer service I write this review, thanks Jimmy's :)

This place is isn't worth going to unless you have no other choice. They do have a decent selection of cigs and other smoking accessories but the hours aren't great and they have the worst customer service I've seen. They usually ignore customers and talk on the cell phones while you stand at the counter. Not cool.
