Jazz & Jokes Lounge

I wish I could give this place a big fat zero!!! Ignored for 20 minutes at the bar... service sucks and I will never return, again! If you are that busy, hire more people!!!

Stopped by recently to hear The Louisville Connection (a relatively local jazz band) play. While I appreciate Jazz & Jokes' presence in the community, this isn't the venue for me. This location hosts a sports bar feel instead of a lounge-y vibe, and the customer base seems to be mosty retirees. Granted, retirees make up the majority of the local community so I'm pleased there is a place for them to kick back and enjoy their time with one another. There seemed to be a full bar and I heard they serve food, but I didn't see a menu or order anything. If I come back, it'll likely be with my retiree family member(s) but I doubt I'll return on my own.
