I love this place. I've been taking my Aussie doodle here for a little over a year. They are quick, kind, and reasonably affordable. I also love that I can drop him off on my way to work at 8 and pick him up at 4:30 when I get off.

Easy scheduling, friendly customer service, and they do a great job caring for our French bulldog.

I have been a customer of Janna's pet salon for the last three years. Penelope, my 9 year old cat, stopped grooming herself as she started getting older. She is extremely shy and especially does not love being touched or held. However, Janna and her crew always send her back to the car completely shaved and in such a great mood! They always say how great she did, and they try their best to get me in even short notice for sanitary trims in between grooming. Also, after reviewing almost every grooming business in Lexington they are very affordable! It makes it so much easier to bring her in more frequently when the price doesn't break the bank. Can not recommend this business enough!

This place is highly disorganized. They messed up my appt. causing me to have to come another day, Fine. The drop off process was so backed up, they came to my vehicle with two leashes. I was dropping off two cats to get groomed, not dogs, which they knew. When I came to pick up my cats they seemed fine. I came home to see this. They had cut her whiskers. Anyone who owns a cat knows this is not safe. It causes serious disorientation and confusion to your cat since they use them for orientation. Super disappointed since a HAIRCUT for a cat, not even a bath, is $80. You don't cut a cats whiskers. Im concerned they are spread too thin and don't care for the animals. I was leery of the reviews prior I read and should have gone with my gut.

The staff is always so nice and you can't beat the price!! My furbaby loves this place, been bringing him here since he was 4 months old and will continue during our time living in Lexington.

My fur baby Let's the ladies cut his nails here! They told me he was the perfect gentleman lol. They have to be doing something special because it takes 3 ladies & the veterinarian to tackle his nails at his vet & he ended up bleeding . But when he goes to Jannas he is a gentleman. Thanks Ladies! Getting ready to make another appointment for his bath & nail trim for next week. I won't take Rambo no where else again.

The best grooming my 2 Persians have ever had. They get matted so easily, the staff did not try to put some guilt trip/blame on me; instead they gave the most detailed results ever. Previous place took a huge chunk of skin (avulsion) off the back of my 14 year old cats leg. I knew it must be difficult but there was a fair amount of bleeding and it took more than a month to heal. I made a slight/kiddingly mention of hoping it wouldn't happen again the following visit and was treated to a raging rant about how badly she was matted and I should be glad (I got what I got) as if it wasn't enough that each cat was nearly $150 (incl tip) She was most likely trying to get me to leave , but I am didn't know if anywhere else. So then afterwards, they refused to trim around my cats feet because of my comment on the avulsion from the previous visit--they left mats & litter to prove a point. That's when I decided to look elsewhere and still remark at almost 2 months afterwards, how incredible a job someone at Jana's did. The delicate toe, tail and underarms were so uniform and perfect. The faces were fluffed out...lion tails! And one had little booties for feet--first time for thatMojo & Tabitha have never been so well attended to. Even a little neck hanky! I'll be back. That's a lot of skill to groom a Persian like that--an artist ! Big Kudos!
