Well this did not go well. We haven't been here for a couple of years, but wanted to give them another try...MISTAKE. First their liquor license is suspended so no margaritas. Ordered some guacamole for our chips, it came out seconds before our meal.Finally for our meal, refried beans were pretty good. Rice was very dry and not very good. The Baja Chicken had more onion than chicken. We won't be going back anytime soon.

The service at Jalisco was terrible I DO NOT recommend going there. The guy that seated us was rude and I said the seat he led me to had water on the table. He said that the ceiling was leaking. I thought he was kidding. He wiped up the water and walked away. For a hot minute I was hyper fixating on the ceiling. Finally I relaxed and had a drink. Then the ceiling leaked on my arm. I cannot even believe he sat is there. I mean NOBODY ELSE sat there for the rest of the night.

Don't eat here if you're expecting real Mexican food. This is by far nowhere close.I'm from California and even the bad Mexican restaurants in LA would be 5 stars compared to this place. I went for lunch with coworkers and was told this place was good. No it's not.I ordered the 1 taco 1 enchilada combo. Thinking, it's pretty hard to mess that up. Naw, they really messed it up. They use some kind of sauce that is not enchilada sauce. The beef has no flavor to it.But my biggest issue with this place is that they don't even use real cheese. It's fake cheese!! Don't believe it if they try to tell you different. Fake cheese tastes weird and melts differently. Also ordered a side of guacamole. It wasn't even real avocados. It's incredibly insulting that they are attempting to serve this "non-food" to people. Save yourself a trip and cook at home it travel to a larger city for decent Mexican food. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Stopped in on Tuesday and had one of the lunch specials, Chicken Fahita's. Outstanding and ca bargain at $9.99. Good portion of food, fresh and tasty. Chips and salsa are always good. Another good alternative to a hamburger for under $10.They have three tacos on Tuesday for $5.Service is quick and friendly. They keep the table uncluttered and clean. They will crack a smile if you are friendly to them. They were busy and had a group of 13 in our section yet they served everyone in short order.They have a lot of room for groups. Typical motif but not too busy.
