The attention to detail here is amazing. It feels as though they have anticipated every need and provided for it. Little luxuries are everywhere. Breakfast has so many delicious choices.

From 2021-2024, I've spent 3 special milestones at Woodhaven related to weddings and a baby shower. Jeremy and Mark (the innkeepers) are so hospitable, communicative, and wonderful to work with overall. The rooms are all unique but all tasteful and comfortable. The decor throughout the Inn is beautiful and they've made several updates while preserving the character of the building. All of the food you have on site made by Mark is amazing. Basically, I can't say enough wonderful things. The Inn at Woodhaven will always be at the top of my list for staycations and special occasions.

It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I'm so glad that I finally decided to stay at one. I might not find another like it but that's okay, I'll be back. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jeremy (and a delicious aroma of fresh baked goods) and was given a beautiful tour of the Inn. The history, architecture and details of the home were breathtaking.I stayed in the Theodore Brown Suite, it was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was top level. I was lucky enough to have arrived on a beautiful sunny day which lit up the room with natural light. The suite has a private balcony which was thoroughly enjoyed. An oasis of serenity that I didn't know I needed. There's just something special when waking up to the smell of homemade breakfast. The dining area is elegant. There were many breakfast and pastry options to choose from. Breakfast was delicious. Jeremy and Mark are amazing hosts and very accommodating. Thank you both for opening up this little slice of heaven of yours to share with us and for all the delicious treats. Cassandra

What a gorgeous place to stay. The history is amazing, the beds are so comfy, and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as wonderful as possible (including ironing the pillowcases!). We stayed in the Cupola Room, which is in the old carriage house from the 1850s, with the original brick made on the property for the flooring! Amazing. The tub in the bathroom was EVERYTHING, we both fit in there and had a gorgeous soak with the provided bath products. I slept in and missed breakfast but my partner didn't, and she said there were many vegetarian and a few vegan options as well. We so enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was our first time at Woodhaven Inn and our first time staying in a bed and breakfast. What an experience! Where to begin? We had to arrive late due to work, and host Jeremy was very accommodating. It was nice not to have any pressure to get there by a certain time.We stayed in the Rose Cottage, and it was gorgeous: cozy, nostalgic, with a touch of elegance. The breakfast offerings are exceptional. Host Mark cooks everything from scratch. We ordered a snack board for our room, and it was huge (and delicious).Jeremy and Mark are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. The grounds and accommodations are very well-kept and thoughtfully designed. This bed and breakfast is a hidden gem and is tucked away just minutes from fabulous shopping and food. We will return!

We are a senior couple and we have stayed at many bed and breakfast over the years. This was a Christmas present from our son. This is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The pampering from the owners who live there at the property, the attention to detail. By far the best food we have ever had at any Bed and Breakfast, prepared and served individually to your own table. Wines Cordials and of course Kentucky Bourbon's. Historic old Mansion with Victorian furnishings. Would love to stay there again if visiting Louisville in the future.
