I was looking for flowers for a family member's surgery who is a huge UK fan and in searching online Imperial Flowers is the only florist in the Lexington area who had UK themed arrangement.Their online ordering process was very quick, I found the A Road to Victory arrangement with '48 Ford truck with UK door emblems and a victory flag filled with blue and white flowers added it to the checkout cart put in delivery information and note to deliver in the afternoon.The order was delivered promptly the afternoon of her surgery and she loved it! She said its one of her favorite arrangements she's ever received and even their cat Samuel enjoys it too as you can see from the photo.Thank you Imperial Flowers!

I live in Florida and wanted to send my mother flowers in Kentucky and I was browsing online and I found a company with a lot of beautiful options and I was amazed!! When I called, the gentleman told me they had same day deliver and I was thrilled!! When my mother received her beautiful roses she was very happy and I was glad to but that smile on her face even a thousand miles away. Try them out!

My freshman daughter had a small mishap and we wanted to brighten her day with some flowers. Imperial Flowers came recommended via on the UK's Family Facebook page. Super easy ordering on the website, lots of little add-ons to choose from, if you want to send more than "just" flowers. Placed the order in the morning, and the flowers were delivered within 4 hours. Daughter loved them, and they lasted for over 10 days. Highly recommend them.

Ordered my niece flowers and stuffed animals to be sent to my niece at UKMC! She went from potentially having surgery to being discharged in a matter of 4 hours time! I called imperial and they called the driver and had my delivery moved up ! She absolutely loved the balloons, stuffed animals, and flowers!

I live in California and had flowers delivered to someone with perfect service from Imperial. I typically don't send flowers to people, and the person I wanted these delivered too takes special meaning to flower types and colors. So I called and spoke with an employee who assisted in my order perfectly and was very succinct and thorough with everything about my order: price, size, theme, card, signature, delivery address and specific location. The whole conversation was less than 10 minutes. The delivery was earlier than promised so I appreciated the timeliness of this business as well as the turn out being quality product. I definitely would use and recommend in the future.

I'm in the hospital scheduled for surgery tomorrow (my birthday) and my sister-in-law sent the most beautiful creative arrangement ever from imperial. I called to thank her and she said "Wow, that was fast" so I am going to say Five stars!!!

I ordered a rush delivery from them only to not have it delivered. Called back and no one would answer and tried to deliver when the locations was closed not happy one bit please don't trust this company with your floral needs

They have photos online of fraudulent products that they don't actually sell. This business price gauges and is absolutely underwhelming. I ordered 24 roses and they look like an absolute joke. 300 dollars to this garbage florist company and they produce a terrible product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This place sent me and my partner through a wild goose chase to receive a birthday gift. They flat out lied about having delivered it to my address and then they yelled at my partner when he tried to resend them to me. They had the wrong address the entire time (despite being given the right address twice) and never once apologized. Instead, they were defensive and completely unprofessional. Order flowers from a local florist instead. The prices are much better in the long run.
