The food gods looked favorably upon me. I happen to have been staying across the street from this place, and it sounded good. I ordered the Chorizo torta and a fish taco. They initially got my order wrong on the torta. No big deal, especially for them who didnt seem to care and dididn't even apologize. Like it has happened before so they acted like "we have moved on so you should too". Now armed with my new torta I taste it and it was decent The fish taco looked good and wasn't bad but for the price I paid i expected better. So why a 3? Well, the 3 is as close as I could get to a 2.5 star. The food gods lied to me. Curses!

Mixed feelings here. The place was very clean and the service was impeccable and very fast. I ordered the Birria tacos and a mahi mahi toco the mahi toco was ok the birria tocos where average that where more sweet then spicy I have had Birria tacos and southern California and Arizona and that's what I'm comparing these to.My wife ordered fajita taco bowl and it was absolutely off the chain best one we have ever had

This spot may be budget friendly but I fear you get what you pay for.The tacos were unimpressive, so much so that I don't remember what I got.The nachos were good, better than the tacos. Which is odd for a place with taco in their name.Alcoholic drinks were liquor heavy but decently priced. I was also able to take it to go so that was a plus.Overall: maybe a spot for drinks & apps

I ordered three Shrimp Tacos and there wasn't any shrimp in any of them!! I don't know how they can forget the main ingredient!! I normally order from the J'town restaurant and have never had an issue like this there before. I won't be ordering from the Bardstown restaurant ever again. Ridiculous!!

This place is too good. If there was one of these next to my house, the local el nopal would go out of business! It's cheaper and better quality than most other Mexican type places. It is primarily a taco place, but i like the burrito I got here. I got the burrito love with chicken as a meat and everything else in it. It was fantastic! I also loved the chorizo dip as an appetizer. The service was efficient and friendly!

On our way home and a long day of travel, we stopped in because we did not want fast food but we needed a quick bite. The cheese dip and chips were fresh. The burrito love was large. The chicken torta would have been better if it was 1 large pc of chicken but the bread was so soft and the toppings with red sauce nicely paired but the fries that came with the sandwich was hot, lightly coated crunchy outside. I don't think I have had better fries anywhere. The place was clean and service was good. Prices were reasonable for today's time.

Taco Tuesday at I Love Tacos is great when you're dining in. Even after placing my to go order and arriving on time to the store there was a 25 minute wait. Thankfully our food was still delicious!
