Hyatt House Louisville East

Great Hyatt House in East Louisville, the hotel is behind PF Chang's to give you an idea of its exact location as the street address isn't one that is readily recognizable. I was in one of the largest suites and I greatly enjoyed having the space. Big screen TV in the sitting room area as well as in the bedroom. Loved that the shower control is on the opposite wall from the shower head, so much easier to adjust the water temperature, I hate the getting part of yourself wet with cold water while adjusting the shower dance. Great water pressure and the hot water is nice and hot! Nice bar open for the evening, with a fair choice of bourbon. I had the opportunity to try the Chicken Cook bourbon and enjoyed it. Very nice mid level hotel, I would certainly recommend it and return.

Check in was easy. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff it's super friendly. Our room was fabulous, but...Jeremy who was great, I had to expressed to him how things were not very clean in our room. Like the island, the mirrors, the outside of the microwave and fridge had a lot of fingerprints and marks on them. Also, the windows need to be cleaned.CHERI at breakfast time was amazing. They do boast about breakfast, they have an award-winning breakfast. It was really nice and the whole lounge eating area is fabulous.Shower was great and so is the bed.I WOULD RECOMMEND

I stayed here for a couple of days/nights. I was sharing my room with my brother who got in earlier than I. I was stuck with the hide-away bed which was not comfortable. The bathroom had a toilet and shower in it and was tiny. The upside was the room itself was large and comfortable. The location was outstanding for what we were in town for. The breakfast was also pretty good with several options available.

NEVER EVER go to this hotel.Gave away my room, had a late check in requested, got there at 11pm, NO ROOM, and they said they had no other rooms available. So, at 11PM, I'm frantically trying to find another room. After a 6 hour drive who whats to have a hotel put them in this situation? The booking clearly states check in is AFTER 3pm, but doe NOT have a time beyond that. The Hyatt had my contact info too and did NOT call me or in any way contact me prior to GIVING ASAY MY ROOM.

Very clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. This hotel is conveniently located in the residential neighborhood and near plenty of restaurants and strip malls. It's just few miles from the expressway. Has large free parking. Hotel offers complementary breakfast each morning in a very nice dinning area.

Best Hyatt breakfast 2022? Try Best Hyatt breakfast of all time in any Galaxy. You haven't even had a biscuit and gravy until you've eaten 4 of these for consecutive mornings. Oh you like fresh made to order pancakes. Done. Oh how about all you can put on your plate sausage and muffins. I didn't eat dinner the night before, intentionally starving myself. Went and hit the weights in the hotel gym hardddd as frick. And After basically being unable to walk after leg day I crawled on hands and knees on a very clean floor to get a plate. And boy howdy. Yes. We stayed an extra night just because of the breakfast. I'm thinking i'll take my family on holiday season in Hyatt house louisvillle just to feel alive. Don't use the elevator after mr. Davis. But other than that this Hyatt house is putting the riot house back in fashion. This riot is in the form of breakfast. I constantly look at photos I took from these mornings. What a great vacation from the every day grind. 6am-9am, 6-10 on weekends. Thank you Hyatt house 2023 thank you Louisville.

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. The lobby is decent. The elevators have old carpet in them. Rooms are pretty standard. No doors on the closet, lots of black lines & mold on the showers. There was some dried up gunk on the toilet seat right in the front that I used a napkin and water and nail to get off myself. The bathroom door has been shaved down so it can clear the toilet to close-- which you have to literally pushhh for the door to get past the toilet. Breakfast was provided in buffet it was a decent variety. The main thing that was wrong with my stay was there were TICKS in my bed. I told the girl at the front desk and her response was 'I can definitely have them check that out for you'. Ma'am I don't need someone to check it out I am TELLING you there are ticks in there. No offer to change the room, no apology, no sense of urgency in resolving, no care at all. I have 3 more weeks of business here and I am pulled on the side of the road as I was leaving to write this review AND to change to another hotel. DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTED. Room 412

Excellent service, rooms, and complimentary breakfast. Check in went smoothly even though we arrived at 2300. Front desk staff was helpful and professional. Room was very clean and spacious for a great price.

Just your consistent Hyatt hotel--clean, helpful staff, nice rooms, etc. And a GREAT breakfast included.
