We were traveling to Gatlinburg from Albion, Indiana and the town of Berea is where we are staying at a hotel so I had scoped out this super cool location for dinner after about 6 hours in the car. We ordered drinks first with my wife going for the blueberry Margarita, which she loved! It contained some smoky bourbon! I grabbed a local craft draft beer which was great as well. For our meals, she got the Chicken Scarpariello and I got the pork chop. Both is us loved our meals! I had never tried collard greens but they were perfect with the yummy mashed potatoes! Our server was great and very attentive. The ambiance of the place was super awesome as well and the place just reeked of history! Definitely give this place a try although finding it in the dark was a little nerve wracking!

Amazing place! Beautiful venue and restaurant! The food was amazing ! Everything that our party had was delicious I had the Parmesan risotto it was so good ! The service and bar service excellent! Can't rave enough on this place! I was visiting from Atlanta and my only regret is that I live so far away but will definitely make it a must each time I'm in town !

Per usual, Berea is chocked full of wonderful surprises. Honeysuckle is a must if you are in town! We had a reservation but some others did not. This eatery was so cool! Very unusual modern barn feel with soaring ceilings and minimalistic decor. Our food was fantastic. We didn't try the complimentary rolls but I hear they are wonderful. I had the Winter Pear Salad. I ordered it as an appetizer but it was so large that I ended up skipping an entrée and just ate my salad. My husband ordered the lamb chops and they were perfection served with yummy whipped parsnips. It's not easy to make parsnips yummy but Honeysuckle sure has figured it out. The truffle fries rocked our world, LOL! For dessert, the Derby Pie ala mode was the perfect conclusion to the evening. Service was excellent as well but the restaurant was pretty quiet. Some acoustic jazz or other music would elevate the ambiance. I think there were some music playing, but the volume was so low, I had no idea what it was.My only complaint for the evening would be the serving size of the lamb chops. Four tiny chops is not a meal, it's an appetizer. Especially for an adult male. For the price, there should have been at least 6. All of the other portion sizes were generous so this was a disappointing outlier.1 Appetizer, 3 drinks, 1 salad, 1 entree, 1 dessert and tip ran just shy of $100Aside from the lack of music and the lamb chop portion, this would have been a 5 star review. We will be back!

We loved this place!! The food was excellent. I loved the Charcuterie Board for $25 and the Trout Entree was incredible. The veggies were seasoned just the way I like! Dessert was fantastic, I highly recommend the Derby Pie with vanilla ice cream.

First, round of applause for the service. Waitress was fantastic, man working the hostess are, great... and an older lady came out and saw my toddler wasn't eating what we gave him and she provided him fruit which he LOVED. Ordered the filet and Ceaser salad with chicken. Appetizer was truffle fries. I only have one suggestion and that is the steak could've used more seasoning. It was cooked great though. Husband loved his salad and chicken. Had a couple cocktails as well. They have a happy hour from 5-6:30 pm. Lastly, this place is beautiful and comfortable. Great indoor or outdoor seating. Menu is pricey for those wondering. But worth it for Berea to have a place like this.

We were staying at the Boone Tavern Hotel. We were able toWalk to the Honeysuckle. My husband had the rack of lamb, frogs legs, and a couple different bourbons. He was pleased with his meal and drinks. I don't drink bourbon so I had Tito's. I had the truffle fries and winter salad with chicken.

This building has amazing architecture that leads well to the great atmosphere. In addition to the beautiful building, friendly staff, delicious food, exceptional bourbon inventory, fabulous cocktails, gluten free options besides a salad, this is a excellent date spot. I had the 14 oz Ribeye with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. My wife had the trout, which was cooked to perfect. Trout is a fish that is hard to get right,. This place exceeds in this area. If you are looking for classy place for a special dinner. this it the place to be!

The first thing is the atmosphere and vibe! When you walk in it's a huge barn type setting with a selection of tables and chairs. The next thing is their cocktails! I had the Churchill, it was their version of an Old Fashioned and it was superb! My husband had the blueberry margarita and it was delicious. We both had an appetizer, I had the French Onion Soup and it was unbelievable, very rich broth and plenty of cheese. My husband had the deviled eggs and they were excellent. I had the scallops for my entree, they were served with succotash and were the best scallops I've ever had! My husband had the lamb chops and they were so succulent and cooked perfectly! We will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this unique restaurant.

Staying in Berea from out of state and went to Honeysuckle based on good reviews, Honeysuckle was fabulous from start to finish! It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to a golf course. We were quickly greeted by the friendly hostess then server. My Parmesan risotto was well presented and the creamiest and most flavorful risotto I've ever had, and it paired well with my Pinot Grigio. My husband's coffee-crusted pork chop was also nicely prepared, a good portion and cooked to perfection. We selected both desserts offered- the NY style cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and a Currant type of dessert topped with vanilla ice cream that was absolutely delicious! We devoured that and brought the cheesecake home to eat later. We also enjoyed the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. Warm, welcoming and relaxing. The fire pit and seating outside is also nice.I highly recommend Honeysuckle to anyone in the area looking for a delicious meal and wonderful dining experience for a reasonable price!

The food was GREAT! The menu is a bit limited but the place is beautiful. The service was good, oddly dead for a Friday night .
