Everyone was super kind. They were open 24 hours. But didn't have a barista. So they couldn't actually make anything....The coffee they did make was ok. It's very rustic and they are building a restaurant next door.

No skim milk. No lotus energy drinks. Plus no air conditioning. Ready to look for a new coffee shop. Sad.

We came here on a Saturday for the first time and received our order quickly. We tried the iced Marilyn Monroe and hot Banana Nutella latte and both were phenomenal (they were recommended by the barista). Staff were friendly and helpful. They told us about the new expansion which seems exciting as well. Will definitely be back

Came in on a Wednesday morning, no line, no one in store but OMG. Decorated nicely inside. The best service and the best options! You can make any flavored coffee or plant based energy drink you can think of! The barista was outstanding and so helpful. Will definitely be back. Thank you Highbrew!

I live in the area and if you do too you know there are not many coffee shops nearby! This is about 5 mins from my house and a cute small local coffee shop. I have been a few times and the staff is very friendly and helpful when ordering. They have a very unique menu but can make anything you'd like. The iced vanilla latte is good and the hot chocolate is nice on a cold day. I do wish they had more food options but the muffins they have are good!The decor is cute, with a very warm and cozy feel.

Delicious coffee! I got a peach and honey iced latte and I wasn't sure how that would go together but it worked!! The lady behind the counter was super nice and let me and my friend take our time reading the menu and walked us through it. The ambiance was so witchy!! So cozy and lots of comfy seating. Definitely pop in!

Located near in the fern creek area of Louisville, this is a neighborhood coffee shop that is a must stop. With plenty of pick me up options, you should stop in. The flavors have been perfectly to put a different spin on coffee cafe norms. This homey setting it great for intimate meeting or for a large group. With a kids play room located in the back, bring the kiddos. Since discovering it, I stop everyday. Decor: hocus pocus meets "Friends" coffee shop

Highbrew Coffee Co is a coffee shop/pastry place located off fagenbush road in the highview neighborhood of Lousiville. Highview is a highly populated residential area in the city of Louisville that for years hasn't had a dedicated coffee shop. We'll no longer. This lovely decorated coffee shop has changed that. As mentioned the decor is very classy and nice. For some reason it gave me a vibe from the show "friends". I think it was the brightly colored sofa and the fact it's a coffee shop. They have a menu on the wall with the drink options. The options include a kids menu that is more milk based and not caffeine based. I spoke with the owner who is a working parent and who has kids so she understood the need for a coffee shop with more kid/child friendly options. Speaking of kids I made this trip with 3 of my 4 daughters (second oldest is at cheer/choreography camp this week). The owner and her co worker we're great with them all. Patient and helpful as they made there decisions. My oldest ultimately went with a iced mocha that she said was phenomenal. I did not try it but it looked good. My second youngest got a hot chocolate and she devoured it quickly so I'll say it was good. They have a small pastry section of muffins and coffee cake on the counter. I went with a blueberry muffin (very good) and my daughter got a chocolate muffin that she said was really good too. For my drink I got a white Dutch chocolate. It had really good flavor to it with a nice mix of chocolate to coffee ratio. Very good drink. The service was great and as I mentioned they were great with my daughters. My one year old was exploring the shop and the owner actually gave her a small cup of some frozen ice cream that they have. Very nice of her and then baby liked it a lot. Overall it's awesome to see highview get a coffee shop. Even more awesome that it seems like it ran by genuinely nice people. The decor here is super cool and I think will be popular for visitors. The bar area is supper awesome. I heard the owner telling another patron that her husband made it. Kudos to him. It looks great. Everything here was enjoyable and we had an awesome visit. Worth checking out and we will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was meeting my friend Lynn at this coffee shop she'd always passed by. They had quite a few choices! The environment is cozy & it was the perfect spot to meet my friend for the first time!

Service was absolutely amazing! Brian was so inviting and HILARIOUS! He had us try our drinks to make sure they tasted perfect and made sure we felt right at home! Overall, such a cute little place with amazing service!
