Louisville coffee chain worth visiting if you're from out of town ~ it's a part of the culture here. Things you should know:I. PARKING There's a free private parking lot. Easy. II. SERVICE Nothing notable stood out with the staff ~ their care over customers is standard. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome outside, but not inside. They provide a convenient drive through service. III. QUALITY Standard coffee & tea, with a wide selection of flavors and a pastry selection. I wouldn't say the interior is the coziest atmosphere with metallic or wood chairs scattered amongst the space. Large windows flood natural light into the building. None of the beverages are served in glassware ~ all made to-go. The vibe is like a chain esthetically, like a Starbucks. IV. CAPACITY There is typically a fair amount of available tables. You won't have to worry about not having somewhere to sit.

Every time I order a coffee it's lukewarm to room temperature, regardless of the time of day.

This location is super cool, the garage is great and the outdoor and indoor spaces are both great depending on your mood. Service was excellent, baristas were very friendly. I got the Fruit Punch Breeze drink with coconut milk and it was amazing! It tastes like a tropical version of the pink drink, but caffeine-free. Love it here!

This is a convenient location with accessible entry into parking lot westbound of Shelbyville Road. The building itself appears small at first glance but once you enter inside, it offers enough seating and space to move around comfortably. A good amount of options are available for a variety of coffee lovers. I ordered a iced crème brulatte and it was balanced well with a nice creamy flavor. My favorite way to drink coffee. Great service from the cashier who was welcoming and walked us through each type of foods they offered since neither me nor my boyfriend tasted some of the foods before. So this was our first time trying out a scone and let me tell you, that Cheddar Chive Scone warmed up with butter was fantastic. I will be ordering scones in the future. Price wise, coffee shops stay busting heads but ordering a 20 oz for $7 is reasonable for their quality of taste in my opinion.

Long wait in drive thru... snowy morning. However, friendly service, accurate warm beverage orders, and delicious caffeine kick for the busy weekend!

I'll admit- I was very anti-Heine in my first 5 years living here. I had a few "meh" coffee and wrote them off. They must have stepped up their game, because this is my new go-to local coffee place in St. Matts! They have a rotating menu so there are always new seasonal items to drive. Its a little pricey, but the service here is fantastic! They have a garage door so you can enjoy the weather on a pretty day! Its never too busy, so check it out for a date, meeting, or workspace.

I've been to a lot of the Heine Brothers' locations around town. This one is out of my general area and, considering where it is located, I honestly didn't expect much, particularly as a sit-down-inside customer. But I was pleasantly surprised!I'd had a stressful day, had spilled my morning coffee all over my cubicle and SOMEhow made it through the day, had run a bunch of errands, and had about an hour before I needed to be somewhere in the general Shelbyville Road area. So...ya gurl had earned an afternoon pick-me-up. I also needed some time to work on my bullet journal...So, I stopped in for about an hour. I got a medium coffee with hazelnut syrup, and I was presented with my drink immediately. It was ok. Heine Brothers does not have my favorite roasts in town. I like some of their specialty drinks, but I am on a budget...both money-wise and calorie-wise. So I kept it simple on this day. What really struck my about my visit is how charming this location and space is. The front of the shop is garage doors, and as it was a sunny and beautiful and mild day, they were wide open, letting in fresh air and lots of light. There was an abundance of seating to be had! I easily grabbed a small table and set up for coffee sippin' and BuJo-ing. Other people weren't too loud, the music played by the employees didn't drown out what I was listening to through my headphones, and the sound from the road was surprisingly un-intrusive. If this specific layout of a Heine Brothers store was in ANY other location...I would go more often.But...my few complaints lay in why I won't be back here too often.- The bathroom is clean enough, but was very chilly and felt almost 'under construction.'- I hate going out by the malls. I hate it. Hate hate hate.- The parking lot isn't convenient, is hard to navigate, and may be used by other businesses...maybe. There were so many cars there, I only had one parking space option. And then I was surprised when I went inside to find it so...empty. Even if every person in there had come in their own car...there were more cars filling up the lot than there were people. BUT....at least there is available parking!Conveniently, though, for the location...the exit is at an intersection with a traffic light. VERY useful and notable.

Our Saturday afternoon destination was St Matthews so we took a spin through the Heine Bros drive thru to order 2 iced vanilla lattes, mine with an extra shot. I don't enjoy sickening sweet lattes anymore, due to drinking dark roasts daily. I've learned Heine Bros offers a nice balance with their lattes for when you want a bit of flavor. The large is a nice size and it wasn't overly filled with ice. (Hate when an iced drink is gone in 5 minutes!)Drive thru is the only option for grabbing a drink. Signs note you can order ahead for pick up. Another asks for you to mask up for the drive thru window which is a good idea and my regular practice to keep workers safe from me. And now ... I'm sending my husband out for another rounds of iced vanilla lattes!

On Friday morning I ordered a vegan breakfast wrap and was served a bacon breakfast wrap. I didn't know this till after the first bite. I have not had meat in my system for 20 years. I felt ill and stressed all day and can't get it out of my mind. They have an obligation to make sure the food they serve it fit for the customer. They gave me my money back but that is lame. So be careful at this franchise they do not care or pay attention to what they serve.I had to give them 1 star to post this. There is not a negative star or medical alert symbo.
