Heine Brothers Coffee - Omni Hotel

Oh my goodness- what a beautiful crew of lovely people. Thank you so much for your kindness and showing love to my daughter and I!! We showed up dressed up for an Halloween event and to take photos- got some breakfast and coffee- and maaaaan was it good hit the spot and got us further hyped!Thank you so much crew!!!

We were visiting Louisville and were told that Heine Bros was the Starbucks equivalent so we decided to check them out! We all got seasonal drinks and were very impressed! I do agree it's definitely a Starbies rival, they give them a run for their money! The location we went to was inside of a market but we walked by several other locations throughout Louisville. If you are looking for coffee, check them out!

It was an amazing thing they gave us our coffee for free an they didn't have to they made it a beautiful experience an I appreciate they making me an my mom day but don't worry Mom left them a fat tip an they didn't want it but we did anyway!

This is a very pretty coffee shop. Beautiful lighting, plenty of seating. The place is packed, but the service was fast and efficient. I ordered my latte, good temperature, the coffee was mild, balanced, and went down very easy. Very happy with the place and plan to visit daily while I stay at the hotel.

Anyone that has a turmeric chai latte on their menu is an auto-win in my book. Stopped by to check out the food hall-style area for breakfast food and drinks. Stopped by here due to its vast drink menu. They also have a neighboring pastry bar that is super confusing as they're the same business but not located near each other. I ordered a seasonal iced turmeric chai latte. It was delicious. I got oat milk (for $1 extra) and I would highly, highly recommend. It made it even more creamy and sweet, but not overly. Iced was also a great decision too. I also got an everything bagel with cream cheese. Admittedly, the bagel being warmed up took more time than my drink to be made. Not sure what was up with that. Great place to support a local chain and get breakfast bites and drinks!

Wd had a coupon for buy one get one free coffee drink.. when we presented it we were told that the Omni location Heine brothers is a franchise and would not accept any coupons, , even though coupon said good at all Louisville locations.. not a big deal but the girl at the counter was not particularly friendly, she did however steer us toward the Heine Brothers a block over on 4th street where we went and had a great experience, see that review. It is a nice setting but you have to pay to park either on the street or in garage.

This coffee shop was ok, service was kind and friendly. The two ladies at the counter were pretty funny. We had the chai latte, lemon poppy muffin and cinnamon roll. The chai latte was a bit watery though. I did like how they asked if I wanted my muffin to be warmed up. It actually tasted good that way.

Was in desperate need for coffee, and came to this location. They didn't have any cold brew options the day I came in, and their coffee didn't taste great to me.

This chain looks to be the local chain in town. Raspberry white mocha iced with skim milk and whip cream (priorities) was so good. Drink menu isn't huge but nice breakfast treat offerings too.

Terrible dirty water bitter coffee. The scones and muffins taste like eating dry flour with chemical sugar on it. Did not like anything about this place or their products. Ended up throwing out $20 worth of stuff.
