Passed by Louisville on a road trip, so glad we tried their coffee! If I lived here, I'd be a regular no doubt! Drive thru moved really quickly, which is great since there was no place to park.Both drinks we had are amazing, and I highly highly recommend, attached pictures for the names.Will definitely try more drinks when in the area!

Like other coffeeshops, the location offers seasonal drinks and their own, roasted coffee. Like some coffeeshops, the baristas don't always understand what you want them to do with your reusable mug when you order a drink. Anyway, the coffee is fine, the mochas are good, and you can ask for dairy alternative milks. There are also plenty of bakery goods, snacks, and yes, you can buy Heine Bros. merch like a puzzle! This location isn't my favorite Heine Bros. It's always loud inside because of the open floor plan and the afternoon sun is blinding and intensified by the plate glass walls at the front of the cafe. There is not that much seating either, especially when everyone is avoiding seats exposed to the overly bright sun rays cutting a path through the shop.

I'd never been to this location! Walking inside I was surprised by how large it is and loved the various seating. My husband and I grabbed comfy leather chairs by a window. I decided to try the seasonal Mariah Cherry and got it iced. For me, way too sweet but it was good to experience it. It's popular with several customers and who isn't captured by the name?!We split a warmed cinnamon streusel. Delicious and recommended. If we're nearby this area, Heine Bros will be on our list for coffee.

I'm torn about writing this review... The lattes are very good. The cold brew is yummy. The interior of the coffee shop is totally adorable and comfortable. But the consistency is just not there. We've been to Heine almost every day for the last week and almost every day there has been a mistake with our order. Our order is not complicated. It's two drinks. But there is almost always something awry, whether it is how we are charged or what we actually receive in hand. I'd really appreciate if the servers would pay a little bit more attention. I so badly want to love Heine, but I'm just not sure I'll be a regular if they can't get the simple things right.

Beware of inaccurate food orders. Specifically order 2 bagels with cream cheese. Both the drive thru worker and window attendant failed to inform me that they ran out of cream cheese and instead just gave 2 tiny butter packets. Had to call in for them to then tell "yeah we ran out of cream cheese yesterday".

The drive thru workers were very rude and messed up our order. The coffee tastes like it was very burnt and too bitter. I usually drink my coffee black as is, but the coffee we got from Heine Brothers was unpalatable and we thought we'd give it another shot, but won't be trying that again! We used to love Heine but not anymore.

I just enjoyed a late afternoon coffee at this Heine Brothers location.I felt compelled to give them a good review on Yelp. I was especially pleased with the baristas, Ella, Nader and Danielle. They were helpful, efficient, kind and most importantly, friendly. I'll definitely return to this Heine Brothers.p.s. Their pastries looked fresh and delicious; I'll indulge on my next visit.
