Heine Brothers Coffee - Gardiner Lane Shopping Center

Coffee the way it should be. Prepared with care and attention to details. Strip mall parking, easy in and out off Bardstown. Lots of seating, variety of table sizes. Staff were wearing masks. Self serve cream and sugar. Coffee tasted great. Lots of bagged beans for sale. I'll be back.

Service is friendly and helpful and quick! The food isn't fresh but it tastes great and gets the job done. The location has plenty of space and seating for groups or solo seating. I love the iceberg drink it's my absolute favorite.

This has been my "home" Heine brothers for several years. Customer Service and drinks used to always be great! Over the last several months to a year the service has been lacking. A few times my drink order had been incorrect and on multiple occasions the store has closed early (and on various different days). Yesterday I placed an order on the app about an hour before they were supposed to close and walked to pick it up but when I got there the door was locked. There were two other customers walking up to the door the same time as me and were also confused when the doors were locked. The two workers inside waved me around the drive thru but I walked there so walked over to the window and waited several minutes (and several attempts to knock) before someone finally came to hand me my drink I had ordered (and paid for) on the app. Previous times before that it was well over an hour before the store was supposed to close. Sad to see the decline of this location. Especially since there isn't another one very close.

Always so courteous and the drinks are delicious! I always suggest Heine Brothers to my coworkers!

First time here. My daughter says its better than Starbucks. I would add that the caramel Frap was a little bland. They happily made a new one. No problem.

We stopped in here while charging our Tesla. The chargers are literally next to the coffee shop. The shop is super cozy with ample seating. We ordered cappuccinos and a couple of pastries. A bit disappointed that they only offered paper cups and that the pastries were warmed up in the microwave a bit too long and ended up being slightly gummy. So I'd suggest not having them warmed up. But the atmosphere is great and they are conveniently located off the highway.

Quick and efficient service at the drive-through. Cheerful employees. Does anyone else find that all the stickers stuck on the drive-through window at Heineken Brothers to be dirty and disgusting? The cold brew with coconut cream is always tasty.

Heine brothers Chaiberg always makes it a better day. Gardiner lane is a favorite spot.

Service at this Heine Brothers location has usually been great, but I see more clearly that it depends on the crew. There were two of us in line at the counter. Apparently, the woman ahead of me had been told she was no longer welcome in this particular store. The woman seemed confused and the employee turned to speak to what I assume was the lead or supervisor. Perhaps someone should have pulled this woman aside and speak with her. Instead, they decided to ignore her by not being upfront at the counter hoping she would leave. The woman did leave, but when I went to the counter, I, too, was ignored. The employees looked my way but said nothing and no one came to the counter. This is only the second time this has occurred. I am writing because this is out of character from my normal experience and I hope it does not become a trend.

The staff is rude and the service is the slowest I believed I've ever experienced at a coffee shop.
