So disappointing....We had Maker's, HH and Beam set up for tours and all I looked forward to was Heaven Hill. Of my 200+ bottles, Old Fitzgerald 15 is hands down my favorite. Top 5 everyday drinker is HH 7yr BiB. Favorite rye is Rittenhouse. I have at least 20-30 bottles of HH product. The line up was criminal for a tasting. They should pay their patrons for having to stomach mellow corn (not capitalized because it doesn't deserve to be!). Larceny is a dollar a dozen as is elijah craig. I would have preferred cheap Old Fitzgerald and the brown label Henry McKenna. Anything other than the "line up" sampled. The only high point was our host, Debbie. Debbie was very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable about HH. Four days in Louisville and my only disappointment was the Heaven Hill Experience. HH has to rethink the line up they offer for tastings if they want people to return. Combined my buddies and I have over 1,000 bottles- this was the biggest DUD of our trip.

Our tour was very cool and informative. There was a lot of information and then the tasting was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

While on our 2022 bourbon tour, Heaven Hill was a must stop for our group of four - and we couldn't have been more disappointed. After calling two times with no answer to let them know we were running just a bit late for our prepaid, scheduled tour, we arrived to a next-to-empty welcome center. Why not answer the phone? At any rate, the employee who checked us in couldn't have been less thrilled to see us or happy to be at her job. She did not offer to have us catch up with the tour, but instead had us wait 30 minutes in their over priced gift shop for the tasting at the end. We all have bad days, but misery at a distillery? I didn't think it was possible. Once the tour group arrived, the guide was admittedly very nice and was dumbfounded as to why her colleague had us wait rather than catch up with the tour. Then the tasting. Nothing special here, friends. Bourbon that you can walk into any liquor store and buy off the shelf - and if you're lucky, grab a free tasting for. Maybe we missed a great drop that morning? Maybe it was an off day? I don't know. I won't be going there again to find out. Save yourself the drive and check out one of the other dozens of great distilleries that are happy to have you on the Bourbon trail.

our second favorite tour behind Buffalo Trace. Our tour guide Jason was great. We took advantage of an opportunity for a large group tasting and it didn't disappoint. If you enjoy bourbon I think their tasting is the most comprehensive.

Fantastic experience at Heaven Hill. A must visit while in Kentucky! I would suggest getting there early as there was a long line to enter.

Can't go wrong at a place called Heaven Hill. Friendly, big, very corporate feeling, but also pretty, lots to choose from once inside. Didn't take the tour but bought a few different bottles and souvenirs. You have to come here to get your passport stamped not far off the highway. Easy to get to.

Kevin was our "bourbon guide" and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great banter and shared all the history of the Evan Williams bourbon. We had a group of four and each of us really enjoyed our time. When I'm Louisville again, we would absolutely come back. Also, shout out to Tommy in the gift shop who was great as well!

This is a duplicate listing with the incorrect address of the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. For the money, this was a disappointment . The tour is self guided so no need to pay extra. The You Do Bourbon was a money making setup. Here's the gist: you pay $40 per person, sit in a room and listen to a tour guide tell you what's printed on the wall behind them, while sipping on 4 different bourbon samples. The finale comes where you may pay $90 to bottle your own bourbon. That's $90 for the same bottle that's $35 in a store. Quite the setup. Funny enough almost all the attendees bought in. Oh well, it is what it is. It was a nice little drive to a small town I'd never seen before.
