Harrod's Perk and Chill

I took my friend from out of state here, and she called out to the barista, "Sir, this is the best coffee I have had in my life!" Some of my best coffees I've ever had come from here, so I agree! It is a good sized coffee shop on the main road, with lots of flavor options, including a sugar free counterpart for each one, GREAT decaf options, several plant milks on hand. The drinks come pretty sweet, which I like, but you may want to ask them to back off the syrups if you do not have a sweet tooth like myself. They also offer lots of baked goods, a good selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, ice cream, and locally made goods ranging from honey, stickers, beer cheese, candles, and pottery. It's all you could want from a coffee shop on the goods end. The employees are very friendly, kind, and are more than willing to talk you through anything you may have questions about. You are not rushed, and they ensure that the food you are receiving is in good shape. As someone who cannot have caffeine due to health conditions, this is the only coffee shop I have ever frequented that did not mess that up. They do not slap something down in front of you without ensuring that it is up to standard first. I am also disabled, and if I need to sit instead of standing to wait on my drink, they will often times bring it to me so I don't have to get back up again, which is above and beyond what they are required to do.The seating is comfortable for dining in or working in the store on a project by yourself or in a group. The best part? You can bring your dog with you to hang out! Nice quaint place in downtown Harrodsburg for coffee, tea and breakfast sandwiches. Tables for inside seating if desired.

I absolutely love Harrod's perk and chill. I have been multiple times and everything is so good! I have tried several soups and all are delicious, love the pimento cheese and chicken salad sandwiches. I've had the banana ice cream which takes me back to my child hood fav. The atmosphere is a nice comfy cozy feel!! This is Just what Harrodsburg needed!

I only had coffee but....it was so good. The service is great. The atmosphere is top notch. Brought in a group. We were welcomed and not rushed. We will gather there again!

Cold coffee wasn't cold and they gave away my sandwich to someone else. Didn't have ingredients to make me a new one. Only had 3 customers and still couldn't get order right. Please try to do better.

Not a great experience for anyone passing thru. If you're getting coffee alone, it's...OK. Not hot. If you're getting any breakfast, forget about it or be disappointed. Seriously. Food wasn't Hot at all. Bacon was salty as heck and warm at best. clearly from the microwave, prob the day before. Biscuits were terrible cardboard pieces crap no flavor terrible and eggs, well they were cold. This place could have a chance, but the food is 100% get outta town. Coffee wasn't my favorite either. Best to skip this spot.

Stopped in here while I was in town. Absolutely LOVED it. My Rachel drink was amazing, service was super fast and friendly and priced very reasonable! Such a cute shop, and love to support local business! I will stop every time I'm in town!
