Hampton Inn Nicholasville Brannon Crossing

Hotel was pretty new and was very clean. The staff was very friendly frequently asking how my stay was going and if I needed anything. The breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. It is situated in a growing commercial area with several dining options. My only complaint is in the meeting room the morning sun can be blinding. The staff came up with an adequate but temporary solution. A dark shade like the ones in the rooms upstairs would be a good investment.

We were really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn by Hilton. My husband and I stayed in a King suite, which was very affordably priced (at the time of our stay). The room was modern and new looking, and more importantly very clean. The room included a mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee maker, hair dryer, liquid hand soap (a big plus to us), and your typical toiletry amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, minus when the heat kicked in that was on the louder side. Everything at this Hampton Inn location seemed new and was very clean. There was a lovely and delicious hot continental breakfast - toast, cereal, muffins, waffles, cinnamon waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, oatmeal, and a selection of juices. The breakfast area is also very nice and clean, as is the lobby. The parking lot is also well lit. Another plus to staying at this Hampton Inn is we were able to check-in via our phone and use our phone as our key. We never had to go to the front desk. It was all very quick and easy.We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Nicholasville, KY, as an overnight stay on our adventure. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Making memories while waiting for our NICU baby to come from the hospital. I was happy to find this hotel to stay while helping my son and his wife with their two girls. The location is perfect! So many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff deserves a 5-star rating! Starting with Cory who cooked up the best Hampton Inn breakfast I have ever had. Day after day his excellent cooking skills and friendliness made us feel so at home. The housekeeping staff headed by Victoria were superb. The room was immaculate and they made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Jonathan was amazing when one of our girls got sick and we needed special assistance. He we quick to respond and made us feel like family. I love this Hampton Inn!!

Brand new location; we stayed 2 nights. The property itself is located in a (still) quiet area that's newly developing. Shops & restaurants are close by, mostly new construction. The only complaint we have is the thin walls. We could hear tvs, snoring and conversations in neighboring rooms.

I haven't stayed here so I can't review the hotel itself but I did try to book a room and so I am rating them on that experience only. I called to book a room according to the price shown online. I called to see if rooms were available and if the price was correct. I was given a price including tax and said I would call back in 5 minutes when I got home and could have access to credit card information. As soon as I called back which was less than five minutes the man I spoke with next gave me a price $30 more. I told him what I was given before and he said prices changes every minute so that price was no longer available for me. Guess what chain of hotels I will not be using

Great Hotel, brand new spotless home away from home...Gene and his team are wonderful.

Fantastic service. Unfortunately, their power was out and my husband and I are on oxygen. They were able to make us reservations at another hotel and helped us pack up all of our stuff and load it in the car so we could get there. They went up and above, and I really want to give them our appreciation! Thank everybody that was working there this evening for all their help.
