Not sure why Gymtyme has such low stars... My Daughter started tumbling class a month ago and has been to 6 total sessions, and, let me tell you, she started out not even being able to do a proper cartwheel. She has improved her strength, stability, and technique in such a short amount of time. She has mastered her cartwheel, handstand, & walkover - And as we speak is working on her backhand spring. She has had Coach Stephanie every class, (I think by chance) and we couldn't be happier with her progress! My Daughter is SO excited and progresses with every single session. As a Mom, I love this place! You sign up and pick which time/day session works for you! With 4 kids running everywhere it really comes in handy! If you miss a week, you can make you session up the following week. We haven't tried the competitive cheer- but my Daughter loves tumbling SO much... I'm sure it's in our future!Gym- The Gym is BUSY! Lots of groups practicing at all times! I love watching the older groups it's really amazing what they have accomplished! I feel bad they have such low stars... We've loved our instructor & every class!

This is our first season at Gymtyme, and we have been nothing less than impressed! Excellent coaches, great facility, and great communication! Highly recommend!

Daughter has to use this facility as her school team has chosen this as their practice location...she's done private lessons here and once you get past the 'elite' attitude of the coaches, it's not too bad...but still not a fan, mostly due to:1. Fees to practice are ridiculous 2. The front desk staff are less than professional 3. Their business practices are not customer centricWe've had the misfortune of being tied to this place for the past 3 years...last week we happened to be 4 days late on the payment - pretty much an oversight...even if it wasn't, not necessarily for the grumpy lady at the front desk to ask my 14yo for the payment in a public setting. Needless to say, she (my daughter) had no idea what to say after that AND being told that she couldn't practice until the bill was paid. Will NEVER use this facility EVER again after this season no matter what!

On the SHORT list of places to go for cheerleading instruction...Ok, well I only know of two near me. Gymtyme used to be bada$$ but they kind of scare me now. Thre are a few safety issues and I am not as happy as I once was when i helped to move our middle school team to the gym for coaching back 7 & 1/2 years ago. They still win everything and have all the connnections so that is why people keep going. They sure leave a lot to be desired though.

Like a couple others have stated, I am kinda surprised Gymtyme has such a low rating. I started going to this facility during it's first few years being open (when it was behind Bashford Manor Mall) and once my daughter was 4, she wanted to cheer so naturally I enrolled her at Gymtyme and allowed her to compete on their Tinies team. During the two years she was on one of the allstars teams, we had zero issues and when we had a huge unexpected financial issue, Misty went above and beyond what was expected and allowed us to work out a more "doable" payment plan. That is one of the reasons after having to take a break from the sport for a couple of years, when my daughter was able to return, we again went back to this company and we have NOT been disappointed. Is it busy? Yes, I personally believe that is a testament to how successful this gym has been. If you have a son or daughter interested in cheerleading, gymnastics, or just wants to learn tumbling, then I HIGHLY recommend you take other reviews with a grain of salt and form your own opinion. Your child will most likely flourish more then you could imagine and learn valuable life lessons along the way.

I am leaving one star because I have to. THis place is an absolute joke! Do not send your little one here starting out in gymnastics. The instructors are high schoolers who spend the majority of your hour class on their phone!!! They do not teach whatsoever. Spent the first 30 mins of class looking at their phones and allowing the kids to just jump on the trampoline. They DO NOT want to be there clearly. Age group is 4-5 year olds. All of the parents watching went down to complain on numerous occasions. Your child will not learn anything at all here at GymTyme. After even watching the other classes while my 4 year old was having class, the very young instructors stand around, on phones, talking and it's basically just a goof off hour. Save your money and spend at a better facility who actually teach!

This will be our last year at GymTyme! The only reason we are finishing this year, is because they won't refund my money for the rest of the year! The coaches are too busy on their phones half the time, to even watch the kids. My daughter has been dropped several times, on her back. They won't even have their shoes before the first competition. Now they want to schedule a mandatory practice on Halloween! My daughter is still young enough to go trick-or-treating, but the coach doesn't care. I have spent way too much money and time, for the gym to be this unorganized and unsafe with my child!!
