Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Really Yummy~ highly recommend! Been going here for years, but finally decided to write review bc they are clearly not getting reviews from happy customers, like myself. Tried other Chinese places & don't understand why they have higher reviews based on my experience with the go-to meals I get at all Chinese restaurants for fair comparison: General Tso's chicken/Hunan chicken/white rice/vegetable egg roll/vegetable soup.Great Wall & Mark Pi's China Gate (out of biz ) are the best IMHO! *Wish they had brown rice, though!

Not tasty. Sure would like to find a good Chinese restaurant in this area. Very disappointing...

The food took quite awhile to be ready and everything was generally not that great... the portions are large which is good considering how expensive it is. There's probably better Chinese restaurants

Love everything they offer. Great place, if not the best, for takeout when to hot or tired to cook for yourself in Franklin. Sometimes I wake up with cravings for their steamed dumplings.

It is amazing how fast an excellent restaurant can fall in such a short period of time. Over the past seven years we've enjoyed both take out and dining in at the Great Wall. Unfortunately, that ended rather abruply a few months ago. They must have a new chef or management as the quality of the food has dropped significantly.My favorite dish is Egg Foo Yong. I used to go out of my way to get it at the Great Wall. They cancelled it and no longer offer it on their menu.Next, we had several guests yesterday evening and ordered the PuPu platter -- another one of our favorites. Again, cancelled. They no longer offer it.I always enjoyed their Hot and Sour soup so we ordered it again last night. The container was noticeably smaller than it used to be and there were very few mushrooms and other vegetables in it like before. It was obvious they are cutting corners.We used to like the fried wontons that came with the meal. What they included in our take out order looked like they came out of a box -- small and not very appetizing.It pains me to see a great Chinese restaurant standout go down so rapidly. There are several other Chinese restaurants in our area that we can go to and will do from now on.I am downgrading my review from a previous five star to a two star review. Very sad. I hope they wake up to the comments from their once loyal customer base.

I freaking love Great Wall, it is so yummy and one of my best friends works there. It is so good 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Not even 1 star i tried this place first time the food was disgusting and moreover the owner charged me twice and refused to accept i still have proof of those charges. Very poor food and service shit restuarent.

Ordered and my order was repeated back to me. When I got it home it was incorrect. Manager refused to fix it and hung up on me. Several other reviews also appear to have had this issue.

I was charged 2 times for my food. when I called and told them the lady said that didn't even though it was on my account that they did. I asked if the changes still come out are they going to refund me the my money and she said we don't do that. So I going to be charged 2 times the amount for my food and she again said no refunds. I have been going here for years and because of this I will not return. How do you tell people that have been over charged that you will not refund the over charged amount.
