Gracie's Chinese Cuisine

Gracie's is always excellent. Went on Easter and had superb service and great food. Her Mongolian beef is the best. She is so nice. Everything is always perfect.

Gracie's seems to be revered as one of the "best" Chinese food restaurants in or near to Evansville. It probably ranks in the top half of a very mediocre field here in Southern Indiana. Last time there I walked out paying $40 (for 2) and shaking my head saying "never again!" The food tasted like it had sat out in a lunchtime buffet and simply been reheated now six hours later. It did not taste fresh, did not smell appetizing, had a unrecognizable taint about it. Not crazy about the nature of the ownership's legal issues / misleading statements to the press in recent years past. I'm still searching for a Chinese restaurant in Southern Indiana that serves fresh Chinese food and doesn't leave me with concerns about cost saving steps / decisions made in the kitchen. Someone thinking this is the "best" in a mediocre field hasn't tasted great Chinese food elsewhere.

Gracie's is a long-time favorite of my family! I have grown up going to eat here! Gracie is so friendly and always remembers my family. She asks how we are doing and checks on us personally, even though we have a server. Usually, we would do the buffet, but under these circumstances, we got carry out. We got garlic chicken, moo goo chicken, rice, crab rangoon, and egg rolls. Everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back. It's been a while since we last ate here, and it was even better than we remembered!!

Amazing Chinese food they used to do Buffay style but ever since Covid they stopped but honestly it's better when they serve you instead of going to the Buffay. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I highly suggest you try there orange chicken that's my favorite.

We went to Gracie's on a Thursday night at 530pm. I have been here numerous times and my dinner date had not before. The scent of incense was very overwhelming in their small lobby. We were greeted promptly and seated at a dirty table. The food was cold, chewy and bland. Our server never filled up our drinks, and took our plates from us while we were eating. Sadly this isn't the Gracie's it once was in my opinion and it will probably end up being the last visit ever.

We were just passing through and looking for a bite to eat for dinner. Luckily we stumbled upon Gracie's. The food was some of the best Chinese we've ever had. My husband had the Curry Chicken and I had the Beef and Snowpeas. Both were awesome. The dishes were well seasoned and the meat was tender.

Stopped in based on the reviews and we were so glad we did. Portions are huge, food is fresh and seasoned perfectly. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean which is a huge plus for us. The sweet wontons and fantastic too!

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were in town for the day and stopped by on our way home. Very good food! I have not had Chinese food this good in years. Crab Rangoon melts in your mouth. Egg rolls were light and crispy. We had a variety of chicken and shrimp meals that were tender and wrapped in a crisp breading. Our server was delightful. The owner, Gracie, came out and greeted us and chatted with us like we were long time customers. Wonderful experience here. We hope to come back again the next time we are in Evansville.

Always 5 stars. The best Chinese food. I honestly am always happy with everything they make. If you are a picky person and do not like what you ordered, they usually ask if they can make you something else. They also will leave off onions or other ingredients you don't like. They are super accommodating. The bad reviews are most definitely FAKE. people who say false things against small business just to try and get something for free. Ignore those ones. They aren't true. Gracie's is the best chinese restaurant. Food is always good. They are such nice and kind and hardworking people. Do not listen to false claims. Gracie and Ken are some of the best people you'll ever meet. Go there and order yourself. Be nice and they will be nice back. You'll enjoy the good and won't be disappointed. It's that simple. It's the best.
