Great place to grab lunch. We came here with a large group and service was still quick and they accommodated all of us.I highly recommend their pizzas! They were delicious. They do over do the Jalapeno if you add it as a topping so be warned. I love Jalapeno, so for me to say that... it was a lot. I would definitely come back though. It's a sports bar, with lots of TVs if you're into that.

Great sports bar, huge, lots of bar type food. We have visited this restaurant twice recently. Per my husband, The burgers are a home run. We haven't tried the pizza yet but it seems to be very popular with the patrons. I have tried both the Reuben and the Club sandwiches and I am sad to say that both were extremely disappointing. The Reuben had the tiniest amount of meat I have ever been served and I am a Reuben lover. Same with the club. Probably less than 1 ounce of meat on either. And the meat was of the lowest quality. Paper thin and gas station quality. All this for the low, low price of $11.79. I don't know about anyone else but I am over paying $12 for two pieces of bread, lettuce and tomatoes. We will definitely be back but fair warning on the sandwich menu.

Mediocre at best. Before leaving a less than favorable review, I decided to try Gillum's one more time and it was disappointing. I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was topped with a very small onion ring "signature" BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese. Ordered with crispy fries. The 'signature BBQ sauce' tasted like Sweet Baby Ray's and the burger was a 1/2 pound over processed frozen disappointment. My wife had the Mushroom Swiss. It was not good at all and she couldn't even eat half of it.Both of our crispy fries were cold and tasted of old grease. We had to wait for a waitress to clean a table so we could sit down. I observed one waitress (who saw us waiting) walk by an empty table of dirty dishes, pick up the check (I assume to see what her tip was) and leave the dishes and walk away with nothing in her hands. SMH. I really tried to give this place a second chance before leaving this unfavorable review, but it's best for you to just pass this place by. You can seriously get a better burger at Wendy's fast food than here. Sorry Gillum's, but you have been weighed in the balance more than once and found wanting.

I love this place!! From their pizza to their wings, all of their options are solid. The last time I went I got the Buffalo Chicken Salad and it was excellent. The only criticism is that their dressings are weak (not great).Solid sandwiches and always a good crowd!

Been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally did and food was awesome, waitress was nice and promptly changed the channel to the NBA game I was wanting to watch and the vibe was cool. Definitely coming back/ worth going to if you are wanting a good sports bar to watch a game or something at!

Omg worst food in Richmond!!!! Bartender was drunk she was slurring her words I ordered a steak quesadilla and it was over cooked sliced cheese was used sparingly taste was terrible told the bartender and she had the audacity to tell me that I should have some of her's and argued with me for twenty minutes that if I ate a bite of hers then she would comp me and my wife's drinks!! I told her if mine sucked so bad what made her think hers was any better seriously looked like someone Wiped their ass with the tortilla. I've been there a few times and always had a problem with the food just save yourself the time the headache and the money and don't go here!!!! I will never go back to that place again!!!!

2/2/25. We ordered 3 Prime Burgers for pick-up. My husband was there at the 1:41 pick-up time we were given on our order. Gillum's was 10 minutes late with our order. When he got them home, they had to be reheated. 2 of our burgers had the wrong fries with them. According to the online order form, they should have had cheese on them and you paid extra if you wanted additional. We only wanted the cheese that was supposed to come on them, as shown in the picture, but we didn't get any at all. The lettuce on one burger was very old and severely wilted so we took it off and threw it away. The crinkle cut fries that was included with one burger was terribly old and stale and were thrown away. I gave them 3 stars because the taste of the burger itself was good and the fact that there was plenty of meat. I "MIGHT" try them again, but not real sure if I will. Everyone said this is the place to eat, but I'm not real sure about that.

Love Gilliams, been coming here for years. Burgers are always good. However, the last two times fries and onion rings were cold. We sent the onion rings back. After watching our server stand at one table for some time, I finally walked to the kitchen and got the onion rings that had already been sitting in the window for a while. Our server never returned to our table. Spoke with manager who saw me get the onion rings and told him this was the second time in two visits that the sides were cold. He was not even listening, looking around the whole time giving pat "yep, yep, yep" and walked off without further comment. I do not recall that he even looked at me. Server came back eventually and without suprise that we had the onion rings asked if they were ok. People at other table were getting their own sodas, same server. Still like Gilliams, owner Jeff is great guy. This not the kind of service we have had here until now, not sure he is aware. Addendum, finally got my second beer.

Twice in a three week period went in and we were told there was a wait with empty tables because of "the cooks" which fine ok with a wait. Today we were told a time and then after the time was up we were told again "the cooks said to add 10 minutes". Unacceptable when there are empty tables and plenty of wait staff. They took tons of takeout orders the whole time. Either take less take out or add time to takeout not the people waiting inside the restaurant.
