Galley On The Levee

Honestly.. very underwhelming. For such a cool spot at Newport on the Levee.. this food hall was quite depressing. The tables were all sticky and dirty and the food options weren't amazing. I get that this spot is great where you can bring the kids and all.. but it just was very underwhelming. Ambiance felt sooo.. empty. Overall.. just okay, nothing special.

You use a QR code on the tables to order drinks and food. Different style of foods available at the Galley....Los Tacos Hermanos, Rose Deli, Stick and buns, Club Coop. For what you get , food is good but I felt pricey for what you get. You can only pay through the QR order and you have to pay the service fee first using your card. Parking garage. Service folks are very nice!

We went around 5PM and were the only ones there. Service was great and everyone was super friendly. The atmosphere was casual with water jugs available for each table to take. The food was delicious with plenty of options (Italian, American, Mexican, and Asian.)

These food courts are making a big resurgence this year and I am all for cause that means I can enjoy all kinds of cuisines by visiting one location. We stopped in while we were waiting for the Christmas Tree to be lit and it was a pleasant experience. I am happy to see the Levee making some changes and utilizing the great space they have. It was a cool setup because everything is exactly like it would be if you were dining at a full service restaurant but it can also be quick service. We tried food from Four Mile Pig and Los Tacos Hermanos; the food was good. My husband said he thoroughly enjoyed his burger and the kids meal grilled cheese was too huge a plate for my 2 year old to finish. I had the special Birria Ramen and it was very yummy! They really aren't shy about how much meat they put in there. I'm excited to go back and try the buns place next.

Excited to have a food court style spot in the Newport neighborhood! Love this concept and the variety of food it offers. Can't wait to come back and try another restaurant!

Includes four restaurants and a bar. Ambiance is like an open warehouse feel with music playing. We ate at Rose Deli. I got a patty melt, the sauce reminded me of Steak and Shake which is not bad for me. Also got an Italian hoagie and pasta salad.

Went after morning at aquarium.Save your money and go elsewhere.Tried Four Mile Pig for kids meals. $8.19 for kids size cheeseburger and fries. $7.16 for 1/2 grilled cheese and fries, not even a whole grilled cheese sandwich. $6.13 for cup of Mac and cheese not even a bowl. Adults tried Stick and Bun. 2 Bang Bang shrimp bowls cost also $40.00. To add an egg cost extra $3.00. Serving size tiny. A scoop a rice and 7 small shrimp.So many better options in area. We will never go back.

Lazy employees, zero customer service, generally disorganized and low quality food... do not recommend.

They took forever to get out food, my dad waited almost an hour for a sandwich with sausage on it but then they said they never started it because there was no sausage. Took around the same amount of time for my friend to get nachos. All of this while there were no more than three tables with people in them. Also someone who the workers knew was in the restaurant and they got her everything she wanted, they also got her a chocolate milkshake from McDonald's for her??? Like a worker left and came back?? The food is honestly amazing and this may just be a bad experience but the service was absolutely terrible.
