Ham hock, pork chop, meatloaf, sweet taters, mashed taters, tater salad, cabbage, and corn bread were all 5 stars! Customer service 10 stars! Just an amazing restaurant owned by an even more amazing family whom the late Shirley Mae would have been so proud of knowing that her legacy lives on. Wow, just wow! I just may have found my secret go to place for some damn good soul food!

The fried catfish was fire!!!! Sweet tea was good. And had an excellent time with the homies. Greens were unlike anything we've ever had, not used to them cooked like that but we did try them.

Luv Franco's! The Soul food served there is better than excellent. On Tuesday they have porkribs that are out of this world! And the extra gravy? To die for. The service and hospitality won't be beat. Sometimes I call and order the whole fried chicken wings when we are having a party or get together. Don't go there unless you're hungry.

Fire!!! So good! Black owned and operated. Great hospitality and great food. Soul food with flavor and not salt. Grape kool-aid for that at home feel. Will be back! Side note: kids eat free!!

Have lived in KY for 15yrs. Have eaten at Franco's at least twice a year, as I live about 45min to an hr away. Out of those 30 times, the food has been hot only about 5 times, and this is in the beginning. I made a complaint and possibly more than myself did. Their solution is to put a microwave out, which is utterly ridiculous. Who wants to patronize a restaurant that serves the food from a STEAM TABLE and have to microwave their food!!!!! What in the same hell is the problem with serving hot food???? Would ANYYYY if you be okay with spending $20 only to have to either eat cold food or have to microwave it????? I know you all don't care becuz your business will not suffer, but, do you care abt your customers satisfaction???? All I'm asking is for ONE time that I am served hot fried that I do not have to microwave to eat! Is t g ar too much to ask?

If you're looking for Soul Food then this is your place. I have been there three times and each one was a 5 star experience. The food is excellent and portions are good size. The staff is friendly and polite. The dining room is comfortable and always clean. The menu varies by day with items like fried chicken always available. The Franco's is easy to find right of the Dixie and there is plenty of parking. Delicious food, fair price, clean comfortable dining room earns them 5 stars from me.

One of my favorite places to visit for soul food and fresh fish. I had their fried cod fish sandwich for the first time today and it was fresh, hot and amazing. 5 stars would definitely recommend. I am thinking about ordering it again tonight or tomorrow. lol
