FlavaVille Food Truck

GREAT customer service and such friendly attitudes! I had the pleasure of enjoying FlavaVille at a Louisville local event! It was a hot day and the owners treated us to some complimentary waters! They care about the people and giving the best experience, I recommend stopping by when given the opportunity!

Tried this truck for the first time. Was really excited to try the buffalo chicken egg rolls. Overall they were pretty good. Not greasy at all. But there wasn't much buffalo flavor. Way too much cheese. Very crispy on the outside though. And I also got the loaded fries. Such a disappointment. The shredded cheese was the type that did not melt. It turned into this weird plastic looking cheese. And there was so. Much. Ranch. Bacon was great and the fry flavor was good too, but as a whole not so great. Don't think I will return here. The prices are just too expensive for the taste.

Flavaville is incredible. Serge (whose face is on the truck) is super talented and can make anything taste good. It's obvious he had training at top restaurants. He makes casual food taste fiiiine. He loves what he does, and it shows in his work. There's no wrong choices on the menu, and the portions are always generous.I've also personally had serge cater events for years, and have gone to other events he catered, including a wedding. The man is super versatile, and always goes the extra mile.

FlavaVille is a bit unassuming. The truck isn't hugely flashy, which is a bit like the food. But both are full of surprises -- great surprises.I ordered the chicken tacos and loaded fries tonight at an event at Mile Wide Beer Co. The gentleman running the truck was polite and swift, and happily, I only had to wait a few minutes for my food.Let's start with the tacos. At first glance, these looked a bit basic, with lettuce and cheese piled high on top of chicken. But these came out piping hot, and they have a great sauce on them that took them a notch higher. See what I mean -- surprises.And then those fries. Wowza! Ranch, bacon and cheese already make an amazing combo, but on these hot, crispy fries -- so much better. I bought some for the table and then ate a bunch of them. A friend then got more, and I ate even more. These are addictive!After tonight's meal, I'll be keeping an eye out for FlavaVille while out and about.

Great food! They were parked outside of my nieces dance recital so I got an opportunity to try it. Buffalo chicken egg rolls were amazing!!

FlavaVille is like that best friend that is always around when you've had a bit too much to drink. Their food is the epitomy of when you are ready to splurge on a cheat meal or craving something delicious and unhealthy after alcohol has hit your system. I ran into the FlavaVille Food Truck at the Craft Beer Throwdown. It was one of the 2 options for food, and theirs sounded more appealing. The dudes working the truck were very friendly and kept a conversation with me while I was waiting for my food. My boyfriend and I both tried an order of their loaded fries, and they were fantastic! The fries almost reminded me of Rally's, which have the BEST fries, and it was topped with ranch, bacon and cheese. Not to mention the portion was near perfect to just eat as a meal! I did also see some other tasty options on their menu, like pulled pork and buffalo chicken egg rolls. If you ever happen to see FlavaVille wherever you are, you need to give it a shot!

Excellent service and delicious food. The menu is always changing so you can come here again and again but they tend toward middle eastern food. Tzatziki sauce on lamb or blackened chicken. The only problem I had was the rice being a little too oily for my taste.Try the buffalo chicken egg rolls!

I had never had a buffalo chicken egg roll before and honestly it was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. And the loaded fries are addicting they are so good. Also guys running the truck are very friendly!!

Keep your receipt that you paid cause the owner is crazy and will keep claiming you didn't and also make sure they don't feed people that aren't with your event and then charge you. Happened to us. the whole experience was awful and the owner is super unprofessional. Glad I have a paper trail.

Absolutely delicious! Friendly, attentive, staff-plenty of choices , guaranteed to please any palate, helluva value!
