Five star is a gas station and mini mart located off cane run road in Lousiville Kentucky. Ive stopped at this location a few times while out in the area for work or dining at nearby mike linings. Gas station consist of a lot of pumps and the price is always on par with surrounding area pricing. The cleanliness of inside like most gas stations is hit and miss as is the service you will receive. Overall a solid gas station that serves its purpose and located in a isolated area off a busy road so you don't see as much riff raff activity as you do at some of the more populated stations on cane run road.

#49/2022Five star convenience stores and gas stations based out of bardstown Kentucky and business for over 40 plus yearsLike many other chain places you see QuikTrip speedway Wawa thorntons and a whole lot more they've carved out a nice little niche for themselves basically servicing Kentucky Southern Indiana and Northern Tennessee.This is one of the larger ones that has some truck parking. They also have diesel it is a very very busy store all the time it sits in a heavily traffic industrial area with factories running three shifts all the time and warehousing up the wazoo surrounding the whole area.This is a part of what they call the riverport area vicinity Walking in I was greeted pleasantly I know this is a nicely fully stocked store had to use it so I walked into the can it was very clean and inviting. The hot bar had lots of prepared sandwiches and the usual Fair of convenience kind of things wedges mozzarella sticks chicken wings chicken tenders etc etc they also had a real nice selection of hot made food too pulled pork and what I got.....Something I wasn't quite anticipating for a place like this but I saw Cuban five bucks or so I said yeah what the hell let's give it a shot.And I saw that just put some fresh wedges into the warmer and I said I'll get them too so got a diet Pepsi went out to the truck they don't have a seating area here or anything.Opening up the sandwich I looked at it it was like wow looks like a pretty on point thing.So I lifted it up and took a look underneath and lo and behold it was definitely a Cuban.They're on the nice toasted bread was the pulled pork along with the ham numerous pickles swiss cheese and mustard like a Cuban should be.Took a bite into it it was yummersThe wedges were wedges they were good nicely seasoned not burned tasty.Oh no if I'm running down this area by the refineries down here along the bottom end of Louisville I would definitely swing on in and get another one of these I was very impressed with the quality of this particular location.Now I've been to other five stars in the past that were kind of scuzzy I won't deny that but this is a very nice location and I was pleasantly surprised and keep up the good work.

It's a standard, run-of-the-mill gas station. Their gas price is typically right in line with everyone else around town. Every now and again, you'll find it 20c cheaper or 20c more expensive. Just gotta watch it.If you're into snacks and beverages, they have all that you could want from a gas station. Candy, chocolate, cookies, chips, 2 liters, beer, coffee, 20oz drinks, and a fountain.They do have a neat little milkshake thing, if you desire.They also cook food here. And this is kinda neat, and almost worth giving it 4*. They have hamburgers, cheeseburgers, roast beef sandwiches, fried bologna sandwiches, bacon sandwiches, and they have breakfast sandwiches like sausage, egg, etc. They do fried chicken tenders, potato wedges, and pizza puffs. The pizza puffs are terribly, terribly unhealthy. But they are oh-so good.They also sell Crime Times. And if you're a Southender like me, you look through that weekly circular and inevitably see someone that you know.

I know it's only a gas station but it was remarkably clean (even the bathrooms) when I've visited it this week. The manager was also extremely friendly and they seem to have plenty of snack, food, and drink items. If you're nearby and need a pit stop, this is a good place to stop!

Terrible service. I believe her name is Lavina extremely rude when I asked for assistance and threw my food at me. The biscuits and gravy are good but at the same time individuals like this who have terrible customer service should probably reevaluate what they do for a living. No one is forcing you to be here. If you are gonna be here at least attempt to hide the fact that you're unhappy. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.. but like I said... the B&G is good

Very nice gas station. However I went in only to change my daughters diaper, only to find they didn't have a diaper changing station. Lucky the bathrooms were clean, I had to put a changing pad on the floor to change her diaper! (This is for the five star in Morgantown)

I come here for lunch every day They have some of the best food... I came in for lunch today at 2:30 and they told me they couldn't serve me after I had waited 25 minutes... Straight bullshit and the little girl was super fucking rude
