Firstly, I never got adjusted here. My issue is with the way they do new patient intake. I scheduled a new patient appointment over the phone. I was informed that I was receiving their new patient promo of an intake exam with X-rays for $35 or my co pay. I mentioned I had 5 x-rays of the injury two weeks prior at the hospital. The response was the doctor would like to have their own. The appointment consisted of 5 minutes talking about my injury, feeling my back, being told how tight it is, and getting 2 rudimentary x-rays taken. Then told that they usually get the x-rays back the next day, and to schedule an appointment for tomorrow to talk about the results. On the way out, I was flagged down to pay my copay and schedule my appointment for tomorrow. My customer service issues are: clearly this is how they do their intake, the courtesy to the patient is to tell the patient its a five minute visit, and to schedule the follow up at the same time.I have been to two other chiros and neither has their new patient set up with such a lack of courtesy. I had my wife drop me off on the way to the grocery store thinking this would be a typical chiro intake. With Covid I was pushed outside to wait for her. No courtesy.I paid $30 for no relief. I won't be returning.

Went there for a massage by Sam and omg. She is very knowledgeable about all the pressure points. My lower back hurts on a daily basis and I can't lay flat on my back. Before I left, I was not only laying comfortably on my back my neck wasn't hurting either. She is very professional and extremely intelligent about where points on your body trigger other parts. Can't wait to go back.

I am a VA referral to this facility and it has taken over 4 months to get an appointment. They constantly do not return my calls when they are requesting additional information. The staff do not seem knowledgeable at all about their own internal policies and requirements.
