As a local patron, I wanted love this place- a local non chain pizza place? Sign me up! Menu looked great, such a fun concept with games for the kids to play, which our kiddo really enjoyed, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza was.. terrible. I love a thick crust, but because of the thickness of the crust and trying to get it cooked through, the outside ends up very burnt, and the "cheesy breadsticks" barely had any cheese, and weren't particularly tasty. When your five year old doesn't want to eat pizza, you know you've gone amiss. The concept is great, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness in pairing of ingredients, but the ratio of cheese/sauce/dough was off for me, and even as someone who likes a little carbon, it was far too burnt to enjoy. I would give it another chance, but every picture I see, the pizza looks the same, and that's a hard pass.

Cleanliness should always accompany food quality. Service can improve to expedite orders. Need a delivery service as well.Stick with the staples, Barbecue Chicken with well done Bacon pizza would be Great, along with Pepperoni and Mushroom, etc.You will succeed by setting yourself apart from Domino's with better service.

Instead of re-making it like a proud business would do, they just through sauce on top...how did this pass as a pizza you would sell a customer. This is just laziness man. Just sad.

We ordered from Fat Dough tonight for the first time, using their online ordering portal. In selecting toppings, there is a choice for "olives". I selected this - and then in the special instructions sections I specified "if olives are canned black olives please leave them off". Enter the most delicious looking pizza covered in run of the mill blackolives. So I returned to the checkout and questioned "what kind of olives are these". The check out clerk said "he said they were from a jar not a can" I pressed, as I've just paid $33 for a pizza. The cook came out of the kitchen to argue with me that jarred olives are not canned olives. I said, "That's a pretty ignorant thing to say." (I suppose he has never canned anything in his life.) He became highly offended and yelled "did you just call me ignorant" - to which I said "It is ignorance not to know that jarred olives are the same as canned olives." Solution options:The menu could be specific (green, kalamata, black, etc.) He could have compensated me for the incorrect pizza. He could have offered to make the pizza again. He could have been calm and apologetic at the beginning of the transaction. None of these options were on the table. It's a shame, since the pizza was delicious. But half my family cannot eat black olives. So, I wonder - do you think that a cook of a pizza joint founded on "recovery principles" that stamps bible verses all over their boxes loses their cool, and follows you out of the building - - do you think that you'd go back no matter how good the pizza was? I'm still not sure. The New Albanian Pizza and Public House is a bit of a drive from Corydon, but it's better and the servers have never one time argued with me. Evidentiary photos provided. Good luck, Fat Dough.

We had the best experience eating at Fat Dough! We ordered the Baby Baby (chicken bacon ranch) and the All Star (supreme). The deep dish crust, fresh ingredients, and sauces on our pizzas were absolutely delicious! After speaking to the chef, we learned they make all their sauce in-house! Also, their indoor decor was nostalgic and fun! A Christian-based restaurant. Highly recommend!

Called in order ready in 20 minutes as promised. We've lived here for 4 years and we're always searching for a good pizza and we found it. We ordered the juicy pizza and it was amazing. The crust was crisp and the toppings were generous and the sauce was perfect, good job guys and thank you.
