Monday night trivia and we had a Free pizza coupon after winning 1st place. Nice crispy crust and loaded with our choice of sausage and olives. Also shared an order of cheesy bread with marinara. Enjoyed an ice cold 20 oz draft beer ($4). Chef salads are great with plenty of varied toppings and very fresh.

Fairdale pizza & pub is a pizzeria located off w manslick Road that is owned by the derby city pizza group that has bought into all the local area pizza places. Ive actually dined here several times over the years. Very spacious inside with a nice bar and always friendly and nice workers. They pay great homage with there decor to the local Fairdale bulldogs high school so that's always cool tks we community spirit. They have a large patio area and host corn hole tournaments that are extremely popular and draw big crowds. I've always just stuck with the pizza which is really good if you ask me. It is about as thin as a crust as you can get but packs great flavor. It's easy to realize you've downed 6-8 pieces quickly being how thin and tasty it is. On my most recent visit my family samples the menu a bit more. They are more diverse then me. If a pizza place has pizza I'm getting the pizza. My oldest got an Italian and said it was great. She was a big fan. The wife for the lasagna and also said it was a very good lasagna. It actually exceeded her expectations. Most pizza places lasagna can be sub par. Overall cool pizza joint with a nice bar and vibe. Derby city has done a good job of letting all the local community pizza places named after the community stay true to what made them popular. So that's nice to see. Ive been to a few other of there locations (mount Washington and prp for sure) and although it the same company they have entirely different feels and vibes.

Popped in today to pick up a pizza as part of Louisville's pizza week. Two things. Their pizza week pizza was a BBQ chicken pizza (my favorite pizza) and #2 they are located within 3 miles of my house. So a win win for me. Not sure why I have never been there before but I'll go back. I called ahead and ordered and only waited about 5 minutes after arrival. The place is really big. Lots of space for indoor dinning and a nice bar. Bartender checked me out, gave me a pizza week passport without me asking and was very sweet. Not a lot of parking but I was there at 2 pm so not problem for me today. Pizza was very good, lots of chicken. A sweet BBQ sauce and onions on a thin crisp and it was piping hot, even upon arrival at home. Good find

The pizza had so many green olives on it. It was crazy. Oh and they should have been black olives. Rude staff and burnt pizza. What else is there to say. We will never go back?

Got to try this place out during the shut down. They had a daily special with a large one topping pizza an order of cheese bread and 4 can drinks. Pepsi products. $14.99 plus tax. The inside was very clean and nice. From the outside I thought it would have been an older looking inside. It was real nice. Our order was hot and fresh when we got there. The pizza was thin crust. I don't remember ordering that way so it might be the way they all come. The bread was not sticks! It was an entire loaf covered in hot melted cheese! And under that was a layer of butter melted into it.

Good little spot in Fairdale. The food is just ok a solid 3 on a scale of 5, nothing special to be honest. I do like the location and and the atmosphere of the establishment. We have gone there for live music before and had beer and pizza. Can't go wrong with it. I would recommend it.

Delicious pizza! I always get carry out so I can't say much about the experience inside. The pizza is really really good, the crust is thin and I love how it's cut up into squares. I tried a large of The Champ and all the meats, and especially the veggies such as the olives seem to be very fresh. They have lots of other options like hot sandwiches with meatballs, cheesesteak, Stromboli, ham, and even hamburgers. There is also a full bar with taps, bottles, liquor and fountain drinks. This is a good place to watch games also, lots of Tv's! Stop in if you're around!

Service was good. Pizza was overpriced. Crust was so chewy my 3 year couldn't hardly eat it. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was tasteless. I've had better wings at fast food restaurants. The only item that was good were the pretzel bites, but even the sauce was too runny. Won't be back.

Very well cooked pizza especially the bbq pizza. Love watching the tv's and playing music not knowing what's going to play. The service isn't as good but they are very nice and the prices on to high.
