It's been years! But we will come back for more fun, and much much sooner. This long-standing bowling alley still offers family fun and regular bowling leagues, plus a separate area for private rentals. We came on a Monday night after seeing their game specials. They have one each day/night, and you can find them on their website. The lanes were in good shape as well as the rental shoes, seating and surrounding tables. Plenty of bowling balls to choose from, with different hole sizes to accommodate various hands. A snack bar is available with seating as well. It looked the same with its dark wood features. Next time we'll stay for dinner. Those fries are calling my name! For regular bowlers, a pro shop is available and was open the evening we visited. The private lot is huge so you'll have no issue finding parking. Party packages available and leagues, including ones for junior bowlers.

Executive strike and spare is a longtime city of Louisville bowling alley that is situated off of Phillips lane next to the fairgrounds. One of the larger bowling alleys if not the largest in the city. I have a long history at this place as in the late 80s and early to mid 90s I bowled every Saturday morning here in a league and would burn up the arcade room on Friday nights while my parents bowled. As a young adult I bowled here in a few leagues and most recently I have been here for my daughters high school bowling tournaments. So lots of cool and good memories. The lanes have always been well kept. It has one of the more spacious lane areas and main areas off the lanes so you never feel crowded or uncomfortable. Overall a traditionally bowling alley and pricing on par with most alleys especially since strike and spare do own a majority of the lanes In the city.

Pretty cool renovation they've done here. But FIRST. The prices.Cost...$4.95 per person, per game. Or, $27.95 per hour.Shoes are $4.15/per person. There is an "executive area" that is remodeled and nicer. It is $45/hour, and shoes are included. They do have food and drinks. The food, however, is pretty mediocre. Ain't even gonna lie. I'd eat before coming. Sometimes bowling alley food is legit AF, but not here. So, eat beforehand. The beer is pretty limited. But it's here and whatever. It's fine. The building is smoke free. They also have arcade games n' such. The dude working behind the counter in the executive area was nice enough, but you could tell he was not expecting anyone to show up at all. He wanted to get back to his book. Ah well.Everyone in our group of 8 had a good time and seemed to really like this place. If they had good food and beer, they'd get 5*. But they don't. So they don't.

I visited Executive Strike & Spare Family Fun Center with a group of friends for a night of bowling. First, I was blown away by how packed this place was. It's been years since I've been bowling, and I didn't realize it was such a popular pastime. I was glad to see this place so active! We were able to easily get our shoes and book a lane. You can pay per game, or by the hour. We opted to pay for two games, which was best for us as we weren't in any hurry and we were slowly bowling each game. Then, we visited the snack bar. Oh, man! This bowling alley has some awesome food. The menu is huge! I mean, there's so much going on in this small bar and grill. My friends and I were in full bowling night mode, so we wanted the junkiest of food (though the menu does have options for salads, sandwiches, and more). We got a bunch of stuff to share, so we ended up with Cheese Sticks, Chicken Wings, French Fries, and Oreo Churros. Plus, several buckets of beer. It was all perfect for our night. We had a great time! Bowling at this spot is definitely fun, so if you're looking for an entertaining night with friends, Executive Strike & Spare Family Fun Center is a great place to go!

One of my favorite houses to throw a ball. Their Pro shop (Wolfs) is second to none. Clean place with great food. This is a Military friendly location. Lots of league play all through week and weekends.

The bowling alley was nice, considering it looked old on the outside. The lanes were very well kept and I had no issues with losing my ball or anything. I did have to use a house ball and it was horrible. There were so many ships and dents that I felt like one of the flintstones. The price was normal bowling prices as compared to the many lines I have attended. Overall, it was a nice, clean experience and we all had fun.

Sunday night fun! Lower priced bowling, lots of open lanes. Starts at 7pm. It was a great way to "end the weelend". Bowled 3 games in 90 minutes. Place is clean. Highly recommended, especially if it's a wet weekend and you are looking for something to do!

I paid quite a bit of money for a birthday party for my daughter for 18 guests. I was promised a party room unlimited sodas and four pizzas the day of the party there was no party room. No one knew what was going on at the front desk I had to pull teeth to get, the sodas and the pizzas. The lanes were not ready and to get plates or forks with close to impossible. No one helped me no one offered.

the service in the grill was horrible, I have visited each year during Bourbon and Beyond for several years gone by ... and my group usually eat, drink, tip well and stay until closing time... service was non existent, the two girls behind the counter were rude, had zero social skills, and basically caused our group to leave after waiting 30 minutes to e en make ere contact... i asked for a refill soda when O place my order... which i never received, EVENTUALLY After flagging the cashier down i receive the chill i ordered with my other food, served cold and without, any utensils... spoke with the "manager" before o left, ...won't bother going back .
