Epiphany is one of our favorite cocktail bars in the city, offering a unique and thoughtful approach to mixology. Their focus on farm-to-table ingredients brings a fresh, local touch to every drink, supporting area farmers and promoting sustainability. The menu is small but mighty, featuring an ever-changing selection of creative, quirky cocktails that always impress--whether you're in the mood for something adventurous or a classic favorite. During our recent visit, we enjoyed a round of cocktails paired with their warm queso and bean dip, which was both comforting and delicious. Served in charming mini mason jars, the dips come with a choice of chips or crackers--an attention to detail we appreciated. The atmosphere at Epiphany is warm and inviting, with a beautifully designed space that encourages relaxation and conversation. We love the rotating selection of movies and documentaries playing on the big screen, adding to the unique ambiance. A couple of logistical notes: the bathrooms are located in a shared hallway with other businesses in the building, and while parking can be limited, they offer one free hour if you scan the QR code inside. Overall, Epiphany delivers an excellent experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always happy to guide you through their menu. Whether you're seeking a casual night out or a special occasion, it's a must-visit spot for cocktail lovers.

This was my first time to Epiphany in more than a year, which was not long after it opened. This bar is right by where Baxter/Bardstown Road meet, but it is tucked away behind the street. There is some parking available, which can be hard to come by in the Highlands.Once you see the "E" and go inside, you are greeted by friendly bartenders. We got there about 6:30-7pm, which is prime dinner time for most, so the bar was pretty empty when we walked inside. While they don't offer huge entrees, they do have several small plate options. We were not hungry, but once they described the Bluegrass Machasalsa, we said yes. The combination of chili peppers and peanuts was sublime, and we savored every bite.Of course, Epiphany is best known for their cocktails, so we made sure to enjoy a few. We ordered The Louisville, Born Slippy, and the Bunny Lebowski. All were nice and refreshing, which was perfect for a hot day. The whip on top of the Lebowski was outstanding, and the carrot was not overwhelming. All three times I've gone, the bartenders have been very inviting and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is welcoming and approachable. I think this is a fantastic place for happy hour or a post-dinner treat.

Epiphany is what this urban farmers' dreams are made of! It's about time there is an OUT OF THIS WORLD Farm to table libation bar (with a solid alcohol free menu)!!!Pick up farm fresh eggs, order a Farm to table libation, and the most delicious bites plates on could imagine! The assorted pickles are far out - try em'! Oh, and one MUST NOT forget about the white chocolate mousse - my lawd. I am now a fan of mousse! Beautiful art is available for adoption on the walls. And you can not go wrong with any of the libations. The flight is a STEAL! I can not remember the cocktail names ordered, but one was cherry focused. While the other is made with turmeric greens and gin. De-lish-must! I mean it. Go. Now!!!!

I recently checked out Epiphany and had a pretty good time. The service was a bit slow, but they had a guest bartender and a special menu, so I think they were just getting things set up. Once we got our order, the drinks and tomato tartare were amazing. The place is small but nicely done up. I definitely want to go back and try their regular menu. All in all, it was a solid visit.

I won't support a business that nickels and dimes their customers via a Parking Management Company private lot. I didn't see the 1 hour free parking QR code until leaving and thought, like most places, parking was free especially during the evening. Go to Darlings or Canary Club instead. It's a shame because the drinks are good but this is simply greedy.

This is a great spot for bites and cocktails. The service staff is incredible -- and even though the menu might seem a little out there for those new to the cocktail scene -- the bartenders are happy to walk you through it and help you find something you'll enjoy. I had the Born Slippy -- a refreshing "bubble gum" like margarita that was actually made with asparagus. It was delicious. Was doubly delighted by the bites. We had the matcha salsa, which was like a peanutty, chili smoked paste and a mind blowing experience full of flavor. The restaurant is cozy but comfortable. We were there on a Friday night and it was just busy enough that it wasn't awkward, but intimate enough that we had the staff's full attention. I've got a gluten allergy and they were very kind about walking me through what was safe to eat and what was not.

We went on a Sunday to have a cocktail. The place had a very chill vibe. They have about 10 bar seats and maybe 10 or so tables. Small space that's charming and cozy. A fan was blowing so air circulated well. Very nice lighting.Clean, gender-neutral bathrooms.Sangria was very good. Very nice bourbon selection.Makers Mark $8. Eagle Rare $14 (which is pretty high).Bartenders were nice and attentive. We walked and didn't have to worry about parking. Probably challenging to find a spot on the weekends at night. We will be certainly be going back.

I went here on a Friday night around 6:45 with a party of three. I was able to immediately get a table, and I noticed the place started to fill up shortly after 7:00. This place is so cute! I really loved the ambiance, and the attention to details with the decor is amazing. It was a clean facility (including the bathrooms), and there was ample parking around back (you do have to pay, however). As for the service, I was pleased with the attentiveness. There was one point where the gap in service was a little longer, but it was a time where a bunch of people had just walked in. I was accidentally charged for food that was meant to be split with my party, and I didn't notice until I had already paid (my mistake obvi), but the server refunded it and only charged me for my two drinks instead. It was so kind! I am currently not drinking, but my friends ordered the Sangria and the Cosmopolitan. They said both were amazing! I order the non-alcoholic beverage called One Week, and it was delicious! I would recommend that more non-alcoholic options are added (I was told they only have alternative tequila, and I think alternative whiskey would be a great add).We also ordered the Kentucky Queso, Roasted Garlic Hummus, and Double Dark Chocolate Mousse. The queso was to die for, and the mousse was so rich! I will say the hummus was underwhelming as I expected it to have a stronger taste of garlic.Overall, I really enjoyed our time here! I would definitely recommend to others, and will likely take others here!

I love it here. Come in the late evening. Ben and Indigo take time to make you feel seen, heard, and hopefully by the time you leave- very drunk on well balanced, meticulously crafted cocktails.Make sure to order "The Jailbird". Tell the pair your gossip. (they want to know, trust me). Bring a deck of cards and enjoy good company under soft lighting. Every drink printed onto their quaint parchment menu is worth savoring.
