Emily Wheeler Custom Cakes

Emily is not only kind, but she is a true visionary when it comes to cakes and cookies! She is professional, Timely, and just all-around a great Businesswoman! We have ordered cookies from her for a housewarming gift, and didn't have a clue as to what to get. Well it was Emily to the rescue! She had the idea to do cookies in the shape of keys, and also a front door with a wreath on it!! Since I'm not very creative, she was able to just put it ALL together (even the colors!) for me just right off the bat!! They couldn't have been more adorable, and everyone loved their sugar cookies; I felt like the hero all night, and I didn't even do anything but buy them, haha! We'd also gotten a simple cake from Emily a couple years ago for my friend's first birthday party. It was only about 10 people, so my friend didn't want anything over-the-top; she just wanted a really small cake that would be cute for pics. My friend's dad had passed away right before this, and he was a fireman, so Emily created the perfect little cake, designed perfectly for her little guy. On top of that, it was chocolate and delicious!! We've also gotten her holiday cookies-- she sells out SUPER quickly, so make sure you place an order in time! We missed out one year because we waited until the last minute. They're the cutest things I've ever seen!! We will ALWAYS be patronizing Emily, and we feel lucky to have our "own dessert chef" from now on! (Haha, sounds silly, but Emily has made us feel like family! ) I'm going to come back to add pics / edit if I can.. I don't have them toward the front of my phone and it could take hours to find them, but I will eventually!! Thank you Emily Wheeler Custom Cakes- you've made our lives so much sweeter!!

Emily created a sweet table for my wedding this past year, August of 2015, and she did such an amazing job! She did my best friend's wedding as well, both themes very different, but both turned out amazing! She was such a pleasure to work with. We kept in touch throughout my planning process and she easily made adjustments, and worked with our budget! My sweet table consisted of customized sugar cookies, cake pops, and lemon bars, as well as other assorted candies to tie in with my pastel color theme (light blue, pale pink, and peach). She supplied everything! Cake stands, candy jars, scoopers etc! It turned out wonderful!My guests still rave about the cake pops! I highly recommend her!

Words cannot describe how AWESOME Emily is, and her cakes speaks for themselves. The cake tasting was wonderful..we booked her on the spot!..She did an excellent job for our wedding this weekend and still receiving rave reviews about the cakes and cupcakes!..She worked with us throughout and what we envisioned was exactly what she produced. She arranged the cake table perfectly too! Please don't hesitate to book her!...Very lovely and pleasant lady.

Emily makes INCREDIBLE cakes! Not only that, but she was a joy to work with - she arranged the most fabulous tasting for our wedding cake, and was very responsive to all our questions and requests for changes once we placed our order. She was creative and completely developed a decorating scheme for the cake with just an initial idea of our theme. She was professional and made sure we didn't have to lift a finger to worry about delivery or pickup on the day of the wedding. The cake was gorgeous and delicious! She will be our first stop next time we need a cake for a special occasion.

Emily created a gorgeous sweethearts cake for my husband and I to cut. It followed the naked cake trend and was both delicious and beautiful. She also baked an array of tasty sweets for our desserts table. We had a sampling of our favorite treats like lemon bars, brownies, pies, strawberry shortcake shots, Mexican wedding cake cookies, and chocolate chip cookies. Our table looked lovely and let our guests sample several desserts throughout the night. I especially loved that Emily created a to-go box for my husband and I which she gave to the wedding planner to send home with us. We were so busy having fun at the reception we didn't get a change to eat all of our goodies so we were able to enjoy them for breakfast the next day. A talented baker and stylish designer, Emily was warm and friendly and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend her to any bride or groom looking to personalize their dessert experience!
