Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville East

Overall a good stay, but was surprised that bring the property has renovations going on in the lobby in early June. The property is off the road in a business park. So no signage can be viewed from the main road. Parking is plentiful and bonus no charge. Check-in was excellent with friendly staff. Info on the hotel provided. The value was outstanding for my one night. My King Suite was fine, no issues. Appears they had done some renovation.The complimentary breakfast was good with made to order omelets. The area was clean. I would recommend and return.

The Atrium is the heart of this hotel. I love watching people enjoy and mingle wither on their own, while dining, or just having drinks. The hotel is in a business/corporate center area which is weird for me but close for freeways and retail. They offer decent room, a bit dated, but was nice. I stayed in Room 528 and love the layout and that it is a two room suite with a door dividing the living/work and sleeping areas. The room was slight musty and toilet was acting up but didn't warrant a room change, just a handle wiggle. It was an almost perfect stay if it wasn't for that. They are doing renovations on the second floor but no distributions.Service was good. Plenty of parking. Love the atrium cafe and the maid to order omelets. They offer a full selection for breakfast as well.

This was a super nice hotel. Pam and Adam did a great job when I had a few minor issues. The room was super clean and if you needed anything you just text. The hotel itself was clean and in a nice quiet area near some cool bars and food. The breakfast was not as big as other places but those omelette was soooo good. Great stay highly recommend

Another stay in Louisville and the Embassy suites is under construction, but almost finished. Painting is completed and they are working on the lobby flooring so hopefully finished in a month but be aware if you're looking for the usual luxury seating in the lobby. It's nice to see renovation going on as I've stayed in some that were really rundown. I love my Embassy suites.

It's never good when you check in and enter your room to the sound of the toilet running. Worse is turning the light on and seeing the floor flooded. That said, the hotel got me into a new room immediately which was fine. We dined at the bar and while the menu was very limited, my cheeseburger and fries was very good. Embassy provides a complimentary breakfast. While I skipped it, others I was traveling with said it was very good. They make omelettes made to order. I would have no problem staying here again. Free beer at night and breakfast in the AM is always a good thing!

During this Covid era, I wanted my daughter to have some sense of normalcy for her 10th birthday so I decided to go the traditional route of throwing a sleepover, hotel edition and she absolutely LOVED it! Initially, my daughter looks hotels for the easy perk of having a indoor pool but of course, with Covid happening, you have to reserve a spot and of course by the time we arrived a little after check-in at 3pm (approximately 3:23pm), reservations for the pool was booked for the entire rest of the day and next morning so swimming was out of the question. But the other amenities that this hotel has to offer made up the disappointment of not being able to swim.Although, I would have personally liked a little more square footage in my room for more space, I still enjoyed having the ability of a separate bedroom with an attached living room. This allowed the girls to have their own space while I enjoyed mines. The bathroom was neat, updated and easy to move in. It offered a sofa bed, microwave and mini fridge. And the luxury lobby was just a plus as the girls loved to walk through it as often as they could. Plus the location was convenient as it was minutes away from the Mall St. Matthew's as well as plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shoppes. I recommend if you're open to spending a little more for comfort ($180 ish) for a night, it's a nice getaway option within the Louisville city.

I think we'd give them 3.5 stars if we could. It's a beautiful hotel- the water features inside and out are a really nice touch. We didn't like that unlike the other Hilton brand hotels we couldn't choose our room when checking in on the app. My husband heard doors slamming at night.The free drinks were a nice bonus, but we couldn't use all our tickets because we arrived in the last half hour of the "happy hour." Still, it was a generous bonus for guests. The room was nice and spacious, but it could definitely use a bit of an update in some areas. There were also things that needed some maintenance. We were only there one night, so it wasn't a huge deal. The larger screen televisions were pretty sweet though.Breakfast was good. I wish they had packets of oatmeal instead of or in addition to the big vat of porridge.

We rented a room for my daughter's birthday so her and some friends could swim. As soon as we got to the hotel we went swimming. We came back up to the hotel room to get dressed and enjoy some food and we started doing the initial look around the room. We found BEDBUGS! Alive and crawling. We immediately packed up and left. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to request a refund. Let the people at the front desk know as well. Stayed in room 605

Nice hotel. Website needs updated. Needed a room with a tub, site said I booked one. When I got there I was told after the renovation none of the rooms had bathtubs.

Great experience at Embassy Suites Louisville East. I accidentally left an item in the safe. I called the next day when I realized it with low expectations. But Pamela managed to exceed them in spectacular fashion! She went up to the room, quickly found it and helped with setting up a process to get it returned. Highly recommend staying here. Great location for business, but the integrity and caring is to be commended. Thank you, Pamela! You are wonderful & it made all the difference to me!
