Spotted this place while I was out running errands for work. I walked in and was the only customer there at the time. Another couple came in shortly after me. Service was quick, I had 3 different people waiting on me. Food was good. I just had queso and one beef soft taco.

Out of town and El Rio Grande was recommended. Very nice and friendly staff. Food was very good and well portioned and the price very good. I had the fajitas and they were perfectly cooked but they were not sizzling hot and had set for awhile which was the only thing preventing five stars. The person sitting next to me had the same and the plate came out the same. However another in our group also ordered fajitas which came out sizzling hot as they should. It seems yet another case of not being able to keep enough staff. They brought out chips and salsa and kept them full which is essential for me rating a Mexican Restaurant high. I would visit again and recommend this restaurant.

This is a great weekend hangout. The margaritas are huge and so delicious. Always chips and salsa which start the meal off right. My husband got the chili verde which he ate every last bite. I ordered the street steak tacos with cilantro and onions. It was perfect just the right amount of food. We will be back to unwind over the weekend.

Had supper here with a friend, I had the chicken tortilla soup and my friend had the Guadalajara (chicken enchilada and chicken burrito). Food needed more seasoning. Soup was mostly broth very little chicken. Pretty much had to catch our server. Maybe they were having an off night.

I was shocked reading some of the reviews. We are staying overnight, heading back home, decided to come here for dinner. Although they weren't crowded by any means, we were seated before I even knew we were being seated lol Service was great! They were right on everything every step of the way. Ordered margaritas, yum! I ordered a chimichanga, yum!! My husband ordered the 2 tacos, yum! Everything was perfect, IMO. Only issue I have, I was seated next to a speaker & I felt like the music was a little loud. Maybe if it was better music it wouldn't have been so bad

We came there tonight to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. We come there often and is our favorite place to eat until tonight. Our server seemed like it was a burden to wait on us(it was only 5 of us). It seems as things as gone downhill from what we are used to. The food was bland. We get the Fajita Rio Grande and noticed that they left off the chorizo that is usually mixed with it. We asked the server about it and he asked the kitchen which tried to say that nothing was wrong when this is a meal we always get when to come here so we know when something is not made correctly. Also we made it known to our server that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday and he just gave a very sarcastic smirk and said happy birthday. She was very disappointed that she didn't get the usual birthday song and dessert that we normally get when we come there to celebrate birthdays. If they don't do that any more then fine just let us know but it seemed a few weeks ago they were doing so not sure why our server refused other than it seemed he was irritated that he had to wait on us from the beginning. We'll be going to someplace else for now since service seems to have gone down here.

No one helps and they do not answer their phones I called six times to place a to go order and got hung up on every time. So I came in place to place my order, had to wait for 10 minutes to even get acknowledged to place my order. Then I get my food and it's cold.Customer Service is terrible the person who took my order was rude and rushing me.

My family and I stopped in here on the way home from a long vacation that we had. So we stopped in here for some good old Mexican food. We were all really happy and hungry so we got in there and I ordered the beef burrito with lettuce sour cream tomatoes rice and beans and it was excellent. My daughters got soft tacos with no lettuce and they really enjoyed it my wife got a quesadilla and she really liked it as well it has many colorful designs on the inside and a lot of neat statues and things to look at. I was a big fan of the meat I thought was very flavorful it's a great place to check out

Last night my friends and I didn't have the greatest experience. We weren't even in the restaurant an hour and we were really rushed the entire time. We had someone named Francisco tell us that he needed our table and that we needed to leave, but we still had our drinks and everything. He told us we'd get 10% off our next meal, but none of us plan to come back. We've been going here together since we were in high school (for a minimum of 10 years) and we just couldn't believe how we were treated. I feel like their management needs a refresher on how to treat customers, especially their loyal ones. On top of it all, the food was mid at best. Soooooo disappointed.
