Great spot for really authentic Mexican dishes and tex Mex lunch! Very tasty menu, if you like Hispanic food you will love this place!

I normally don't write a review without trying a place at least twice. There won't be a second time for this place. Tried the steak, pork and chicken street tacos. All the meat was dry and not very flavorful. It took an extended amount of time to receive our order. My wife thought the chicken quesadilla was not that good. The salsa and queso were both not very thick at all.

I originally found out about this place through the Xooker app where they are offering a $20-value certificate for $12. I thought I would give it a try because I love Mexican Street food and boy am I glad I did - it is amazing!! 5-star taqueria all around! What really stands out to me is the excellent salsa - they have little bottles of a hot green, a mild green and a very flavorful medium-spiced red salsa. Ask for all 3. Excellent. Service was great, too. My husband and i ordered 5 tacos to share and the Pozole soup to share. The bowl of pozole was larger than it looked and filled with meat and hominy. Very delicious. I would definitely order this again. I had a slight bit of a headache when I got there, and this soup was an instant cure! Parking is Easy out front and they have plenty of seating in the restaurant. This is one of the best taquerias I've been to, and trust me, I've been to ALOT!

They have really good rolled tacos! And they're carne asada tacos are good too. Love this place for a quick and healthy meal.

My husband loves Mexican food, but we rarely eat it because he married a woman who is allergic to tomatoes and peppers. Despite that ridiculous limitation, I was able to find a few menu options and the staff were willing to make food to order. It was so good!!! I don't think my husband stopped for air while munching down his nachos. My older daughter enjoyed a couple of tacos and my younger daughter enjoyed a quesadilla. I had a chicken torta. My husband said that the horchata was the best he ever had. Yum, yum, yum!!

This place is very authentic with true Mexican food. The service was great and the food was even better. From the several Authentic bottled beer and drinks to the amazing artwork all over the restaurant. The artwork is very creative and brings a smile to everyone's face. The music that plays in the background is absolutely enjoyable. The food was colorful and strategically placed for the eyes to prepare the mouth for the greatness that was coming it's way. The portions were amazing for the price. I believe the food was perfectly seasoned and again very authentically presented. I will definitely be going back in the near future. Stop buy and get a taste of what I'm talking about. I promise you won't be disappointed. Enjoy,Veronica

This is THE best Mexican food I've had. My favorites are the Mexican Quesadilla with Carnitas and the Chile Relleno is the best I've ever had, anywhere! We love the sopes and besides the tamale lady in Lexington, this place is the best tamales!

Found them through Yelp while in Nicholasville for an afternoon. We were very happy with our food. My husband got the birria burrito, and I had street tacos, along with rice and beans. Everything was fresh and tasty. I'd be remiss if I didn't specifically call out the beans. My husband really liked them a lot and, in fact, I placed an order for beans to go. He seldom is that impressed, so that was a big thumbs up.

We decided to try this place while visiting the area. We truly enjoyed the delicious and authentic food. The Taco Barría and home made horchata are a must try. The owner is wonderful and her staff super welcoming. We liked it so much, we returned again before leaving.
