I am thrilled with the service we received at el Pueblo. We are a local volleyball club and wanted to have a wacky dinner out. We called the restaurant a week before to see if they could accommodate a group of more than 50 and they agreed. The service was great! The teamwork was spectacular and our players and their families were treated with respect. I know there were all kinds of meals eaten and everyone was satisfied. I personally had the chicken tacos and they were delicious. The chicken wasn't too dry and the tortillas were cooked just right. The atmosphere was conducive to this kind of dinner. We were very pleased with our experience and are so very thankful for their hard work and accommodations.

This is one of the hidden gem Mexican restaurant in Franklin, it was my first visit here and I found this as an suggestion on my cars map screen so I tried looking for reviews on Yelp but on Yelp its listed as "MI Peaublo" instead of " El Pueblo". This restaurant is in shopping area and adjecent to dollar general so there are ample of parking spots available. Once you enter the restaurant the you realize the place is big inside and have very colorful Mexican vide to it they also have out door seating with 8 -9 dinning tables out doors and I must say the outdoor seating is very well maintained too. Staff is very friendly and food is awesome. Portion size are big so order accordingly as we were not able to finish what all we ordered. I will recommend there Margaret's they are delicious. A must try place.

My husband, son and myself went to El Pueblo on a random fluke last night. We are not from the area so we took a chance on this place. Could not be happier that we did! The food was excellent, but the service was even better!! Our waiter was outstanding. He joked with us, was very prompt, and the act of kindness he showed to us at the end...outstanding. First thing, their chips were not hot and not crispy. I went to the bathroom and they delivered my chips to my table and by the time I got back the waiter "explained" to me that's why they were stale. I asked another waiter to bring me a new batch as my waiter declined to bring me a new basket. Second batch was stale too. So Ai just ordered from ala crate chimichanga and crunchy taco. The shell of the taco tasted stale as well. The chimichanga was a generous size though. I will not be back as Ai believe their food is not that great, their prices are too high, and waiters have an attitude.
