El Patio

Unexpected hidden treasure! We found this place on Google Maps and thought the name was cute. With the good reviews, we decided to try it out. We were greeted by pleasant, smiling hosts, and seated immediately. Chips were hot and fresh, and the salsa was fresh and delicious. Our server took our orders promptly, and refilled our drinks throughout our meal. It's a nice, comfortable, home-like ambiance. Everyone was relaxed but efficient. You get the sense that they really enjoy their jobs. Mom got the Burrito Lexington, and she said it was "out of this world". She loved the fresh onions and tomatoes, the medium spiciness of the sauces, and how tender the meat was. I got the chicken chimichanga, and it was excellent. The chicken inside was flavorful and could have been an awesome dish all by itself. The rice was spicy and a great texture, and everything was as it should be.Brandon was great, and all the servers/staff seemed to stop by and check on us. We never felt pressured, just relaxed and like they were making sure we were enjoying everything. For a big dinner for 2 adults, the price was very reasonable (~$40). This was a comfy, delicious meal at a small restaurant that exceeded my expectations. I'll be back in the warmer weather to take advantage of the patio!

I went to this place for lunch. It's hidden behind some other restaurants on Richmond Road. They had wall to wall televisions for sports. The service was super fast. Salsa was amazing. I ordered the spicy burrito and it did not disappoint. Check this place out.

Our new go-to Mexican restaurant! I'm not sure how long El Patio has been open, but we just recently discovered it with our friends. First, the patio area is very nice with plenty of seating and a small stage for live music! There was a band that performed while we were there. They seem to be regulars and they were definitely a vibe. The food was very good as well! Timely and delicious! I of course recommend trying their margaritas as they were wonderful. I think we also got a pina colada (many drinks were had lol) which was also great! Finally, the service was wonderful! I highly recommend!

Excellent food and atmosphere. Decent prices. The place was very busy inside and out. Don't let the parking lot fool that you are in a rough place. The customers and atmosphere is very nice.They have live music on the patio often. They have a large patio and a big potion of it is covered so it's nice out there even if it's raining.We were also very pleased their attentive service even though there many people there and about half of the tables inside and out were full. This is now one of my favorite Mexican spots in town.

The staff was extremely attentive. We were offered more chips and salsa. The food was really good inside the restaurant and leftover. Service was extremely fast (but we were the only people seated). There are a ton of TVS, so you could definitely catch all lf the sports games.

I've been trying to get to this restaurant for a while. It did not disappoint! It was not busy, so we were seated immediately. There was a 2 for one lime margarita special that was great! I had rocks the hubby had frozen they were very good.The hubby had the 4 enchilada combo I like the cheese, he liked the beef.I had a la carte Chile releno cheese and it was amazing! The staff was amazing, super friendly and even brought over a competently cup of queso that was great!We will be back!

Everything is great! I've been a few times but on this rainy, Jan night was especially great! Our server (something w a G?!) was fantastic: The food was fresh and delicious (my husband got the Fahitas and I got the grilled mushrooms). The 12oz Margaritas are buy 1 get 1 all the time! The location is a bit hidden so put in your GPS :) ,

Service was excellent food even better , great taste . We sat on their new patio , great music on Weds . We'll be back !

This is a regular stop for us. The food is consistently amazing and the staff is always friendly. The dishes come out quick, hot, and delicious. There are several TV's mounted around the restaurant to watch whatever sporting event you enjoy. This is a great Mexican restaurant!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! Friendly and super quick on everything. You can tell this is a place that cares about your dining experience. Food is just like all the other Mexican restaurants around town which is really good. But the service makes this place stand out. They did a nice job with the patio too. Got the burrito Lexington. If I ordered it again I'd just get the cheese sauce but that's only because that's always my preference
