Great quality Pho, vermicelli dishes, good spring rolls and Bahn Mi sandwich. The staff provide very friendly service and ambience is inviting. There is extra parking in the back in addition to the street and side of the building. They can run behind easily with moderate crowd unfortunately! I recommend this business!

I want very very much to love Eatz. It had been on my list of places to try for quite a while, and finally when we did the experience was... inconsistent. Service: we were greeted and seated promptly (good). Our server was knowledgeable about how to adjust various menu options to reflect our dietary and nutrition needs (good). We had to ask several times for water refills and napkins (not good).Food: several menu items can be made vegan (good). Spring rollz with tofu and peanut sauce (VERY GOOD). Sambal spicy tofu banh mi - VERY spicy. Some cooling ingredients such as avocado, cilantro, lettuce, or vegan mayo would have balanced out the chili sauce (not good). My dining companion veganized the pho ap chao with tofu and this was VERY TASTY - well balanced, great flavor (good).Pricing: our meal came to just over $36 before tax or tip. Although I can tell the quality is there, the inconsistent service and lack of attention to flavor and overall composition of the banh mi left me wanting more from Eatz.

Delicious and authentic food! I would call before coming because I had high hopes to dine in one time but they closed over an hr early. Seems to always be out of those chicken wing apps, which is a bummer. I will definitely dine again and recommend this place.

Have been craving good Pho in Louisville for a long time. Finally found a reliable spot. They offer a wide range of add ons for a base soup is really good. It's a no frills atmosphere - a bit spartan and in need of maybe a thorough clean. But, if you're craving a comforting meal on a cold day, they have you covered.

Eatz is a great choice for grabbing some good food with friends. I'm personally not a fan of pho so I can't speak to that, but I've enjoyed everything else they've had from their vermicelli to their banh mi to their fried rice, which is what I ordered this time around.I got the fried rice with pork and it was a very good. It tasted great and was a good portion size as well. It was a little oilier than expected, but not so much to upset me. I still enjoyed the whole dish without feeling greasy or gross. The environment is also wonderful. It's spacious and has a warm feel to it, and the servers were all nice and friendly.Eatz was one of the first places I ate at when I first moved to Louisville, and since then I've not had a disappointing meal. It's a great food option for whenever you're feeling Vietnamese!

The food was good. We were the first people there right when it opened and they quickly started filling up. They had a variety of foods. It was a little pricey though, but good.

Best pho in townMy favorite is the brisket pho. So tasty. I get the same thing every time so I can't speak to the other food items. Friends/family seem to enjoy the fried rice or beef noodles amongst other items. The service can be hit or miss. We have waited for quite some time after we placed our order. But the staff is friendly and accommodating for music or tv channels.Glad they moved to the larger space on Frankfort ave.Definitely a must try.

I've had takeout from Eatz before but have never dined in. I had previously tried to go to their other location before they moved and it was always closed for some reason. Maybe cuz they were moving. Finally made it here! It's the same space that used to house Fork and Barrel. Tons of tables! It wasn't busy when I came, but more groups came in as we sat and ate. But they never seemed all that slammed. To start, we both got beer. I got Asahi, while my friend tried the Vietnamese beer on the menu. Refreshing! We also shared the spring roll with tofu. Delicious! Loved the peanut sauce. It's nice they have a good amount of vegan options on the menu.It was too hot to get pho, so we both got banh mi. I got the pork while my friend got tofu. Pretty good! I think I'm likely to share the banh mi next time since it got too salty eating the second half of it. But that's just a preference.I was pretty stuffed! The prices are reasonable too. They played a good mix of pop songs which was a nice vibe. Great service too! Really nice staff.Bathrooms are clean and large! Two unisex bathrooms. There's parking at the back, but I didn't realize that until I was walking over.
