Dunkin'

Always a great experience at this Dunkin'! The staff is top-notch, especially Yonnie and Chloe, and Alexander, who go above and beyond to make sure every visit is a pleasure. The drive-thru is impressively fast-moving, even during the busiest times. Highly recommend this location for quick and friendly service!

I live nearby, so I decided to take a walk to this location. Upon arrival, I walk up to the counter and at not time was I greeted by the several members of staff were just standing around. They actually walked away from the counter. Two posed as if they were cleaning, but never said a word. I finally asked was everyone going to clean or is someone going to take my order. The only young lady that was working was asked to stop what she was doing and take my order. Once she took my order, the rest of the staff came back to the counter to make the order. My first and last time going here. I'm not a fan of DD, but figured I'd give this one a try. It was that day I was reminded as to why Starbucks is always the better choice...customer service, quality, and presentation. A little advice: do better, train your staff on customer service, and how to treat all customers fairly!

Coffee & donuts kinda day , they have a self ordering kiosk as soon as you walk in. Ordering on the kiosk and just sat & chilled for my matcha latte that was so good & just want I needed. I was able to adjust if I wanted it sweet & what type of milk I wanted. I got a couple of the stuffed everything bagel bites & those were so Good!!! Just enough cream cheese fillin, I would love for them to be lil bit more toasted for a nice crunchy but hit the spot. The location is convenient but a pain in one entrance when drive thru gets backed up, it hard to turn in. We just had to turn around & go in the other entrance.

Just not great food. Reminds me of Starbucks breakfast... just eh. I'm sure the coffee/drinks are good tho, just wish we had better breakfast options on the south end of Etown !

Doughnuts are usually stale. It shouldn't matter if you go in the late afternoon. If they are open, they should have fresh doughnuts.

owners need to pay attention to what is going on with the quality and service of this store . should not have stale and old doughnuts

Arrived at the drive thru to order loaded hash browns at 7:07pm and was told they are not serving any hot food the rest of the night and only drinks. I asked if they closed at 8pm and the girl rudely and snidely said, "no we actually close at 9, but there are only 2 of us here tonight and to make it easier on us, we closed it down. So is there anything else I can do for you?" This is my second issue from this store. Just 2 weeks prior I had an issue from the rude pregnant lady who doesn't need to be working with the public. I'm done going to this location and can't believe that the owner and manager are allowing this location to go down hill like this with so many bad reviews with being so new. Sad.

Waited 10 minutes for a hot latte no food just a coffee. When I finally got it it was an iced latte poured into a hot cup. Do better. You can't be slow AND inaccurate.

Everything about this place could be improved. The donuts were stale. They had no cream in the middle like they were supposed to. The service was awful. Two kids on their cell phones behind the counter could've cared less very bad customer service. We will never go back there.

I keep coming back, hoping it will get better, but unfortunately it hasn't. I come from Vine Grove, but for now on I'll just go on post to get my Dunkin. I said no sugar, and they gave me 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar. They are always super slow, and the taste of the coffee is inconsistent.
