Dunkin'

Stopped here on our way through Indiana. Building is new and accessible for wheelchairs & walkers. Bathrooms were clean and the staff had decorated for Halloween. Hannah was friendly, greeted us and took our order. She explained she is new and still learning. We only saw 2 people working and it was lunch time (noon). We did wait about 10 min for tea, coffee, 2 sandwiches and 2 donuts but everything was hot and fresh. Only 4 stars because we got the wrong donuts - asked for the apple cider but got pumpkin. We ate them of course but hubby is not a pumpkin fan. We would stop here again when in the area.

I'm gonna let you keep your 5 star review because I always love the workers in here! I just want to suggest that if you're serving iced coffee... find a way to melt the sugar so the customer doesn't deink big mouthfuls of non-dissolved granulated sugar :) Also, almost weekly when my dad gets his coffee there-it's cold when it should be hot.

Skimpy selection later in the day, if your not going to order enough then do not stay open longer, unless .... your just expecting coffee customers. Not many customers, just me again and I left empty handed.Nope, no one greated me and no one said goodbye. This is an unfortunate experience lately.

I think the staff is friendly and the owner is pretty friendly. I like their coffee and I'm kind of picky about coffee!

Every time I go to this Duncans it is always a bad experience. The staff is not the nicest; the food is always dry and old. When they first opened this location, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave me an open half-eaten thing of cream cheese GROSS! when I told my coworkers this; they were disgusted. The last time I went here I ordered a medium cold brew with sweet cold foam and the foam almost immediately dissolved into the coffee, showing the coffee was only 3/4 of the way filled. I could have just ordered a small coffee and it would be the same amount. Overall, I think this location is just cheap and cheats you out of what you ordered. I will stick with my favorite Duncans or just go to one of the smaller coffee shops in Corydon. Do not recommend going here.The picture is of the coffee I ordered. I only took one small sip out of it, by the way.

I had previously given this Dunkin a good review I hope the manager/ owner sees this one. I have given your coffee several chances but your hot coffee is not hot. It's Luke warm at best and the decaf always tastes awful.in comparison the Dunkin in Salem is much better with good hot coffee as it should be and tasty not old tasting decaf. Maybe it's the workers doing something incorrectly I don't no but please fix this.

Best Dunkin Experience. Staff always goes above and beyond. Very clean and pleasant environment. We drive an hour just to go to this location on the way passing other Dunkin' stores. Quality of the food and drinks is always best at this location.

The Dunkin in Corydon, Indiana!!! WOW! So great!!! I had a huge order to place for an event for over 500 people and called them! They BY FAR exceeded my expectations! So kind, polite and they even delivered to our event that wasn't even in Indiana.. with a smiling face super early in the morning!! I cannot give them enough stars for the helpfulness and ease they gave us! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give!!

Unfortunately the management had this place so understaffed when we stopped in, that despite being only 3 people back in line, it took over 40 minutes to get coffee. We would have left but 15 minutes of that was just waiting after our order was placed. I felt bad for the 2 employees that were running the counter and the drive thru while also making all the drinks. It felt like we were trapped in there forever. Whoever was in charge of staffing should be ashamed. About 5-6 people turned around and left while we waited. Do better or maybe just don't manage a franchise.
