DT's BBQ

Catered to our job location and was very happy with the servive and food.Ribs fell off the bone with a slight bark that I liked (not mushy like some other bbq vendors. Macaroni was firm and with just the right level of sweet. Baked beans were my favorite side as it had a strong sweet with a balanced amout of spice that left me wanting more.Real nice folks and would recommend to anyone wanting real BBQ.

I tried Darrell's BBQ truck yesterday and I was so amazed at how good his food is. He asked me if I've ever tried his food and he said ,Oh,you will be looking for me after you eat this. I was told his wings were so good but he did not have any that day. A bit disappointed, I went ahead and ordered spare ribs meal and chicken legs. His bbq sauce was so good,I wanted some more of that sauce. I am hoping he sells it by the bottle. I hope to see his truck again soon! I am really hooked on this BBQ. Thank you Darrell!!

DT's BBQ truck is amazing! They attended our event on short notice and served up delicious food! Quite a variety of smoked meats available as sandwiches, meals and ribs by the slab. They were so nice to work with and very professional! Highly recommend them for your next event or whenever you see them around town.
