Domo Steak & Sushi

Very nice group experience. Chefs cooked well and entertained along the way without overdoing it. Good variety of menu choices, good quality food, a little heavy on the sauces that overpowered some of the flavor but still very good. Restaurant was clean, it was a little confusing figuring out what door to enter. Chairs on a table on one end of entry made us wonder if they were closed, a sign laying on the sidewalk by another door was confusing. Once we found the right door it was all good. Nice and comfortable inside, friendly staff.

Great and fast service. Excellent work by the hibachi chef to serve us great food. Started to get busy but it was not too loud.

I had read mixed reviews and heard good and bad reviews from friends. I thought I would stop in and give it a try for my own experience. It was a short one!! I walked in and the restaurant looked closed down. The lights were dim, the sushi bar was empty (literally). I had no devoted server. I was sat by the host with no greeting and a menu with water. I waited 10 minutes with no interaction from anyone. My water tasted like cleaner was left in the glass. I decided to throw in the towel and head out while I was ahead. On the way out the host said can I take your order. I declined. I would keep the car in drive and roll past this one. I ended up finding My Thai Cafe/Sushi across the highway. The service was great, the staff was courteous l, and the food was delicious.

My favorite hibachi that I have been too in Bloomington so far. The service was quick and made sure our party was taken care of. I recommend this place because in the hibachi meal you also get noodles and do not have to pay extra for them.

Use to be really good food. For there sauce it was stk sauce American. Just horrible and horrible service. The water she gave us was from the tap and it tasted so bad couldn't drink it and very very expensive. We will never go back

Our hibachi chef was very entertaining, and the food was incredible! We ordered steaks and chicken with veggies, rice, and noodles. It was also served with a small salad, and soup. Try the Asian dressing it's divine! We had enough food for 3 meals each....leftovers were just as good!

Walked in look very dark I asked to do hibachi she asked me how many in my group and I said it's just me and she said oh no, he sat me down in the dining room. A group of sex was walking behind me and she sat them down at the hibachi bar. the soup is really salty in the salad which I love the ginger salad was like thick paste will not come here again. The dinner was very good. I just didn't care for the way she treated me because I was dining alone

Worst hibachi of our lives, by far. Actually the worst food we've had in the past decade. Hardly anyone at our grill ate any of the food. Everything tasted over cooked, over soy sauced, the salad ginger dressing was bad, the soup was bad...all really terrible. It blew our minds how bad it was because hibachi is pretty straight forward and always good. Not to mention the atmosphere, we couldn't wait to leave. We will never go back to this restaurant ever again.

This restaurant is AMAZING! The best hibachi not only in town but the best I've ever had! The sushi is amazing and hand rolled by the owner! Wonderful family business! Excellent customer service and lovely atmosphere! Highly recommend!

I've been going here since I was a kid, everything on the menu has stayed consistent. Very good food, you get a lot for the amount you pay, expect to need a to go box. Service is always direct but pleasant
