I ordered two specialty pizzas (BBQ Chicken and Meat Lovers) and a side of buffalo wings through the Domino's app, and it couldn't have been easier. The app is super user-friendly, quick and the "pizza tracker" seemed spot on with its updates. I opted for pickup, and the process was a breeze. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who even offered paper plates and napkins -- a nice touch!The food was hot and exactly what I ordered. Both pizzas were delicious, packed with toppings, and cooked perfectly. The wings, while a little on the small side, were decent--I'd give them a 6.5/10. But honestly, I don't expect amazing wings from a pizza place, so no complaints there!Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely be ordering again.

While it took a couple of hours to get our pizza this afternoon, the food still came piping hot and made with love. We actually called Dominos, after about an hour of ordering to see what was going on. Thomas was the only one making pizzas and explained to us that an order for 120 pizzas came in shortly before ours; and he was doing his best to get everything out quickly. We understood and thanked him for his hard work and to keep up the good work. Xavier came and dropped our food off. We gave him an extra tip because of his kindness. Shortly after that, we got an email from Dominos about wanting to make it right, that the order didn't go the way we expected. We chose between a free pizza or 20% off next meal from them. And while this Dominos hasn't been perfect every single time we have ordered from them, they've always been kind and willing to make it right. Give a little grace and share a little kindness to the staff who are currently working and trying their best, they will reciprocate with kindness themselves.

This location is in Townley Center, off of Leestown Road... in the same area as Applebee's, El Marchari and a few other options. Like every other Dominos, it's a carry out and delivery place.My first experience with this location was when one of their delivery drivers rang my door bell at 12:30am one day with a pizza that I didn't order in hand. No apologies or anything extended. I was dead asleep and no lights in the house were on. I assume she stopped because the porch light was on?! That's the only thing I could think of. The next time, I ordered a pizza and it was cold and on the burnt side. The knotted bread was excellent... those are the reason for both stars.

I get the notifications on the app telling me when the delivery driver leaves and the driver took over an hour to get to me. Food was cold and old and when I called to complain the manager blew me off. This was ridiculous

Here's the inside scoop: Not one dime of the "delivery fee" goes to the guy that delivers your pizza. It's bullshit, and you shouldn't enable it. Every penny of that "delivery fee" goes to line the manager's pockets. The "delivery fee" only exists so that these people can lie to you, and advertise a pizza for $8, when it actually costs $12.

I will preface this review with the fact that this experience was during COVID-19. I understand that it's hard for the businesses, but, my experience was unacceptable. If you don't want to read this entire thing, please know Mancinos is right up the street, costs the same, and is 1000 times better pizza. On May 17th, I ordered a carry out pizza. The app tracker told me 20-30 minutes. I waited 5 minutes before leaving (I live 15 minutes away.) As I pulled in, I checked the tracker, it still said they were prepping. I figured that they just weren't updating it, so I thought nothing of it. I walked up to the door, and they had a sign that you had to call in and they would bring you the pizza. I called, the man took my payment info, and said the order would be done shortly (although he hesitated, which I later thought meant they hadn't even started my pizza.) I waited about 10 minutes and called again. Nobody answered. Tried again 5 minutes later, no answer. I started waiving to the employees inside and they ignored me. Tried again, NO answer. In total, I waited at the store for 45 minutes after arriving, and they never answered. So I left the store, contacted corporate for a refund, and they said they would contact the store.Fast forward 3 days later, a manager finally calls me and tells me that he is refunding my order. He apologized and offered me a $15 credit for the inconvenience. I told him it was kind and that I understood that times are tough. Today, June 4th, I called the store for carry out again, and to use my $15 credit towards my order. The manager was rude, looked up my number, and told me there was not a credit. I explained the situation again, gave him the order number, dates, etc. He said with no notes, there was nothing he could do for me.I hope that this store enjoys the $15 they saved, jerking a customer around. I wonder if the same thing happened to the other 3 customers waiting outside that nights
