I visited here with my boyfriend's mom to get a can of some As Seen on TV sealant for her pool filter and some mulch for the garden as well. The attendant in the store was vigorously working to help someone who had called in with the issue at hand, but he was also very courteous, even though it seemed he had been on the phone for a while. I tried to take it upon myself to find the "As Seen on TV Sealant," but hardware stores aren't my forte and I gave up. Shortly afterward the gentleman walked up to us and asked if he could help. I mentioned what we were looking for and within seconds he was able to point us in the right direction, picked it up and ready to check out. We asked a couple of questions about the mulch and he without a doubt answered. I was so happy with the customer service that we received when we visited to look at these materials and if I'm ever in need of hardware supplies near J-Town again I'm stopping here first!

After attempting to get propane filled twice x 2 locations at UHaul, I called up Dieruf. Had prior experience getting glass cut there. Good people and good service.Called ahead and they could do the job with someone available to do it, as opposed to taking your chances at UHaul.Walked in and the guy at the counter says "you may be the 101st person that is hacked off at UHaul, we'll get it done.Said the training for propane service is like a 15 minute course. Their folks are certified. No big ordeal, they got this. Guy out back is radioed, meets me at the tank and in 5 minutes I was done.Best way to win customers is to satisfy them when they have been let down elsewhere. Dieruf, just did that. May be a further drive, but when you know they'll be there and serve, why the heck not?Next propane service I'll be heading to J-Town.
