Drinks were cold and flowing and the pizza was tasty, I wish we would have simply got the single rather than double decker, the bottom layer didn't seem fully cooked and a little raw. Overall the amount of toppings and flavors were great. Great after funeral dinner for our family from all over.

Deerhead is known for their spicy chili. I don't think it's too spicy, it's just a jalapeño spicy. Not killer. But, I do like that they use roast beef instead of ground meat. That's why it's so good. Add a bacon cheeseburger pizza and you will walk out happy.

We've had carry out and we've eaten in. We loved it. It's much better fresh. It was cold outside, but we were invited to use the porch which had the heaters blasting. It was quaint and cozy. Great service and the recommendation from our server was a hit. We will definitely return.

Has always been a favorite of mine. Like their pizza and Greek salad. We go there on my birthday each year in May and enjoy sitting outside on the glassed in Patio. We usually have the same waitress and she has been very attentive, prompt and pleasant.

The home of the original and only double decker pizza. We got the Supreme Double Decker and it was amazing. This place is an icon that has been around over 45 years. I grew up in this town and came back for a visit, it's as great now as it was then.

Daddy wanted pizza after the children's museum with his 3 and 5 year old and first choice downtown was not open on Saturday around 1 pm, so I picked here. I got a bowl of chili as an appetizer. It was spicy and excellent with a couple chunks of what tasted like slow cooked beef roast. My children devoured their thin crust pizza. We all had a large double decker super supreme. It was why we came bc it sounded good to me and I love deep dish or thick pizzas. Similar to a gourmet version of the stuffed pizza from papa Murphy's with loads of tasty toppings, the beef being the best. Maybe a little too much dough in the middle, but that's as advertised I guess. This place is a diamond in the rough. They had other things on the menu, burgers and Philly steak I think and I'd imagine anything with beef in it was really good. Don't expect it to be quick, but service was great and our waitress even gave me popsicles for the kiddos. I will come back again when in the Evansville area.

We love this restaurant! Pleasant atmosphere, great staff and the food is delicious! Their Greek salad is the best I've ever had. I've heard the owner makes the salad dressing himself . Highly recommend the pizza, pizza bread, veggie burger, rice & beans, chicken sauvlaki & burgers. Guaranteed - you'll love it!
