Crumbl - Evansville Westside

I am a new customer to Crumbl. When I came into the store, I was very warmly welcomed. I wasn't familiar with the "routine" so the clerk explained the different flavors available. Apparently the flavors change weekly. The large cookie I ordered (snickerdoodle cupcake) was delicious! I would definitely return to try other flavors.

Cookies are always good at Crumbl but this location is understaffed (not completely their fault I'm sure) and my last order one of the cookies wasn't even topped. Problem is all of the "flavor" was in the toppings and I received a plain cookie in place of what u consider an over spruced cookie to begin with. No refund offered, I was told I had to call back "on Monday when a manager was present" meaning no management is in the facility on weekends. My only other option was to drive back to the facility 20 mins away to let them top the cookie I already had, which was cold, so I opted to save my $5+ in gas it would have cost me and let a family member eat a plain cookie. Overall I feel this location was probably poorly trained and is not staffed properly by their corporate office, so I understand why it happened but to have no real customer service when the restaurant was empty and was not busy was off putting. I'd drive the extra 20 mins across town to the store that gets my order right and has better trained staff in the future if I had my choice. Sorry but I just can't give a good review on this one.
