Crumbl - Owensboro

Overall I like the variety, quality and flavors of cookies. The staff don't welcome you in or acknowledge you except when calling your name with the order. Seems a little messy in the work area which the public can easily view. This store was more inviting when it first opened but can see it slipping and likely won't make it unless upper management steps in.

I went to Crumbl yesterday hoping to get a good cinnamon toast crunch cookie and instead got a huge cookie that was completely raw in the middle. Not only was it raw but it also had burnt on the top and the icing was absolutely horrible. I left a picture on the Crumbl app. I even proceeded to ask the staff if it was supposed to look like that and she goes "yeh". Let's keep in mind this was after I was standing there for 5 minute. It's not like they did not see me either they would look and no one would help me.

I walked in my local Crumbl at 6:02 and was told oh we closed at 6! while the employees were all hanging around talking and did not lock the door. I find this rude and unprofessional.
