Crumbl - Lexington

I came here today to take advantage of a T Mobile deal and it was for one free chocolate chip cookie. Man, it was so tough trying to get a hold of an associate, but I get it. The business model is that everything is automated, like you pay on the various ipads and kiosks and all the associates do is bake and get cookies boxed up. I had the awkward moment of standing there with my phone and a QR code and people waiting on a counter, next to the entrance/exit, just stared at me while waiting and the people, standing near the kiosks, stared at me. This is pretty much the future of fast food. No interaction whatsoever with the public, just doing what you are assigned to do. I did end up getting a hold of a guy making boxes and showing him the QR code. He did not even scan it, just stated that he would just give me one. That is how busy they are. No fault on them. Pretty tough place to work, and they have to work quick. The cookie is good though. Crunchy, yet chewy to bite into. Butter will be on your hands. Would I pay $4.49 for a cookie? Probably not. Would I drive to get it in the daylight savings time pitch blackness? I did. In the end, I have to admit that they are good though.

Ok, I guess I've changed my mind. I do believe that the cookies I got on my first trip were trash - and if I had known that wasn't up to standard I would've asked for a refund at the time. Since it was my first trip - I assumed that was their quality. I have since tried several more flavors and loving what I've tried so far.

Went in today hoping to find the strawberry shortcake. It was sold out unfortunately but I asked the worker, as I used to work for this company before, and they told me exactly what to do to get them and how long it would take. I was very excited!I received my cookies but there was a slight mistake that said worker fixed for me right away.They seem to get busy pretty fast as the customers were piling up and their work space was not the best. I should have tried the minis as they only have them on Monday I believe but we went with the big ones.Nonetheless, amazing service, good cookies, and efficient.

These cookies are yummy. Some of the flavors are different but overall most are good. Pick up service is always great and fast. These also make great little gifts to give.

7 workers , I was only person wanting to place a order yet I had to wait several minutes to place my order. they appeared to just have one of the seven people waiting on people. way too expensive. I got three boxes so I ask if they had a bag. the girl first said yes but I would have to pay for a bag . when I ask how much a bag was they were out of bags. wont be back. I can buy expensive cookies at any bakery with better service.
