Crumbl - Evansville

We tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time. The line was outside into the a parking lot but it moves very quickly. Many cookies were sold out but if you agree to wait, they will make more for you. We waited about 30 minutes total for the line and for fresh cookies. Chocolate chip, Fruity pebble, iced oatmeal, and frosted sugar cookie were the ones we tried and they were all good.

Love this location , I usually love there cookies, my cookies were raw and this is not the first time that I get raw cookies at this location it's a hit or a miss with Crumbl , I have mentioned to the manager on several occasions and she stares at me like a deer in the headlights, I mentioned it once to a team member they stayed this is how the manager has us to cook them !! Sorry no one wants to eat a bunch of raw cookies, they taste disgusting and in edible!! Staff is always polite and professional but the manager only cares about a sale because you keep giving us / me raw cookies and after I get home and try to cook them more it's to late and I just wasted 30.00 or more on cookies trying to salvage the edible ones !! Very disappointed customer !! Raw cookie from Crumbl Cookie from Saturday !! I couldn't touch it with my hands I had to put on a glove , would you want to eat this ?

I love the location and the customer service that Crumbl Cookies provides. And the cookies there are super yummy too! Definitely a place for the whole family to try out and enjoy the different types of treats.

We bought the Churro, Orange Roll, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Turtle cookies. The Orange and Churro were warm cookies and the Mint and Turtle were cold cookies. The cookies were quite large and very sweet. My favorite was the Orange Roll-it had a light citrus flavor, not overbearing. It was also more of a bread consistency than a cookie. The Churro tasted more like a cinnamon fragrance than a flavor to me. The Mint had very little flavor. The Turtle was a bit hard and extremely rich chocolate flavor-too much for me. We paid around $15 for the 4 cookies. Probably would not have a craving to go here again.

After repeated experiences in this location I felt compelled to post a review. This restaurant is often dirty and the service is slow. At this particular time, there is 14 orders to be picked up and 1 single person boxing up orders

4/5 times we went the cookies were raw. Friends in other states rave about their cookies so we kept trying to see if we maybe just went on an off day but every time seems to be an off day. Staff aren't the friendliest and wait times are long. Biggest issue is the raw egg in the cookies since they're always extremely raw and cold in the center. Would recommend a local bakery instead. Overpriced raw cookies unfortunately here.

Employees avoid eye contact, and are quick to make comments or hold conversations with each other while customers are waiting.

I first tried Crumbl cookie a cpl years back when I was visiting my Colorado home, I just happen upon them, I was impressed with the overall experience, cleanliness and courtesy of the employees

I was in a rush and ran in to get a business snack taken care of. The staff was helpful and quick! However- it is summer and very hot. So by the time I had the meeting the cookies were half melted or falling apart. If the box had compartments/ was sturdier I think it would have held up.

Delicious cookies, wish there were more holiday theme based cookies. The service is fast.
