Cosmetic Laser and Beauty Spa

I found Cosmetic Laser through Groupon. I purchased a microdermabrasion and peel. When entering the spa, you immediately walk into the waiting area, with the receptionists' desk off to the left in a separate room. The decor is modern and stylish, with only a few chairs.I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time before being taken back. The atmosphere of the room was more clinical that spa-like, which was ok but not quite as relaxing. The aesthetician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the services, especially given the discount of the Groupon.

I have been coming here for years, I started coming when they first opened and Dave did all of my laser hair removal of my entire body. It is still gone! At the time some of it was painful but he gave me numbing cream which helped. I now see Lara for laser treatments of the face and am excited to go back. She is very knowledgeable and does not pressure you to do anything you don't want to do. She felt like a friend upon the first time of meeting her. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family and will continue to come back here when visiting since I now live in LA.

I got lip fillers at Cosmetic Laser and love them! The Nurse Practitioner was so nice and very helpful! She thoroughly explained the process and eased my worries about the procedure, knowing I had never got my lips done before. I highly recommend lip fillers here!

I received Botox at Cosmetic Laster & Beauty Spa, and within 4-6 weeks it wore off. Clearly using diluted Botox, not to mention the nurse who administered it was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here. I have been to other clinics and received Botox in the same area (glabellar region/frown lines) without any issues, so I find it very concerning that they are using diluted Botox on their customers.

I've been a client for years and am always 100% satisfied with the exceptional level to detail, professionalism and friendliness of the staff and owner. I travel more than hour from Lexington for each appointment and will tell you the drive is definitely well worth it. Most recently, I have been treated with laser skin tightening as I compete in the Ms. United States competition (as Ms. Kentucky) and am beyond pleased. The procedures are for face/neck, above the knees and back of thighs. Genetically, my mother also experienced an early loss of collagen in the skin and while I'm starting treatments in my 30s, I've noticed an incredible difference after the first six months of treatment. Maintenance will be key moving forward - I'm a client for life.

They supposedly open at 9 am today (Tuesday) and I have an appointment for 10. It's currently 10 now and the doors have been locked with no one inside since I arrived 15 minutes ago... Proper review will be added pending if anyone shows up for work today. Smh

Wish I could put 0 stars. In March I developed folliculitus after laser hair removal. I contacted the clinic in March to advise and they told me to come in so they can look at my face and they offered me a facial and told me this was not folliculitus which a medical professional already has stated it was. A facial does not cure folliculitus. The owner lied and stated that when I came in on April 1 my face was clear. He was not there my face still had bumps everywhere. He lied and stated that I came in for acne treatments never had acne. Luckily I documented the process and can show this. He stated the laser never gave me acne which was a lie I have photos the day before treatment no bumps day after face full of bumps so I would like to see how that is explained. If I wanted to get acne treatment I would go to a dermatologist as I did after I developed folliculitus. I was told by an employee that the heat settings was not a issue which was a lie. This company has done nothing but lie and you should spend your money else where.

I love this place, I am getting laser hair removal. I have never had to wait and they are very professional. I am usually in and out the door in 10 minute. I highly recommend.

Waste of money! I had laser hair removal on my upper lip last year. I purchased a package of 6 treatments and received one free. According to them the 6th treatment was the last because the initial consultation( by phone) was the 7th visit. After stating that I paid for 7 treatments not 6 and a consult they did give me the 7 due. It did not matter however because it did not remove many, if any, hairs. I questioned after 3 visits why I saw no change and was told it doesn't always remove the course hairs. After another visit and still no results I was told that it doesn't always remove the fine hairs. I'm wondering now what kind of hair it does remove. But I already know the answer, none! Kristen was the employee who did my laser and was never very friendly and really put out when I questioned my lack of results. She told me at my last treatment that I could continue to purchase treatments if I want results. No thanks, not getting another penny from me!
