Con Huevos

Was driving past and the yellow caught our eyes. So we opted to stop. Was not disappointed in the least. It's so bright and airy. Great music selection. Service was great. Super nice and prompt. The food was amazing. My first bite into my burrito and I knew my waitress helped me make an excellent choice. Funny thing is I don't even like scrambled eggs but this burrito was great. It was very filling. I didn't even finish it.

My mother was in town so my sister and I were thinking of places for a weekday brunch before doing some shopping. I suggested Con Huevos, at their OG location, and that is where we ended up.The expansion looks great, and the space is as inviting as the friendly staff themselves!I started with a much needed coffee, and our server kept it coming, which I greatly appreciated.I got the breakfast tacos and, following a week-long illness, this meal was all I wanted and I knew it would give me life. They really hit the spot and tasted great. We lingered a while to chat and kill some time before the rest of our plans for the day, and as it was a weekday, it was not too busy for sitting and sipping some more coffee and taking things slow.Parking in the area can be tricky, but there is now a pay lot across the street from Con Huevos, and street parking has historically been the name of the game here. Just make sure to look both ways before hustling across if you park on the opposite side of the street!

My family wat a dependable, delicious breakfast an Con Heuvos for sure delivers that.Service was fast and friendly. My breakfast tacos were tasty. All around a great Louisville staple.

Good food at a good price!We went on a sleepy morning and were quick to be served. They serve Mexican inspired breakfast and the dishes are often packed with flavor. They also have a pretty extensive cocktail list, making this spot perfect for brunch!

My wife wanted to get up early to run at The Parklands. My only responsibility was to pick a breakfast spot afterwards. Con Huevos was my pick. Neither of us had ever tried one. I have drove by this place many timed and didn't have opportunity to stop by. Until I finally get chance to stop by to have a nice breakfast. When I entered, the vibe wasn't too bad. It is quite quiet which I like it. The host /serve was nice. I ordered their traditional Mexican coffee, Cafe con Leche and their signature dish. I had added chorizo to it. It was soo good! I would love to come back to try few more dishes.

What a cute brunch place! I've been here a couple of times and heard they recently revamped their menu. I got their breakfast tacos that come with chorizo and eggs. So tasty! And I had to get the Cuban iced coffee too. What a nice easy spot.

The Tres Leches pancakes were the best pancakes I've ever had in a brunch setting. They were not over powering sweet but a delicious balance with the berries and bananas as a nice touch. The breakfast sandwich was bomb. The eggs were seasoned heavily which is nice because the egg sandwich is typically very... eggy, which this was a pleasant surprise. The sauce was riveting and delicious. My wife had the bowl and it was decent but I would recommend staying with the brunch items.

Amazing food, service was great! Will definitely return the next time I'm in Kentucky
